The BEST orthodontists around! Dr Kristen and Dr Penny are truly awesome! For the first time in many many years I am proud to show off my smile. All the twisty turny stuff that was going on in my mouth, thanks to an orthodontist from my youth, was fixed. They kept me updated every step of the way, no guesses or surprise charges. Very upfront and honest. The staff is 5 star as well! Kathy, Lauren, all of them are just so so so awesome. If you are thinking about anything orthodontic related please please please do yourself a favor and give Sawgrass orthodontists a call, you'll be so happy you did! Had a appt at Sawgrass Orthodontist for 2:30pm which I drove a lil over 30 mins to sit in the mini waiting room of a office just watching one person after another going in the back that came after me after waiting over 2hrs Kathy Lagos the Scheduling Coordinator. Kathy who supposedly loves the different people that enter the office watch us sat in that tiny office where she claims to learn about each new patient huh finally she, Came over to the few of us that was left to tell one patient they was next and for the rest of us that it would be an additional hr or more of a wait either we can wait or reschedule... as far as creating a welcoming atmosphere then she would have came and told us it was a delay why have people just sitting and waiting and your not engaging in conversation it takes only a minute to say: I do apologize for the wait however XYZ.... Maybe If she stop focusing on her hobbies which includes attending concerts, binge-watching her favorite movies and TV shows, and engaging in her huge love of puzzle-solving she can effectively do her job!!! And let's talk about Laura Rodriguez The suppose to be Front Desk Coordinator Who's been with Sawgrass Orthodontics since they opened their doors. She SUPPOSE to be in charge of making sure patients have the best experience who sat there while I was inquiring about the lack of professionalism that was displayed!! You would think if your sitting there as a office manager and hear a customer complain you would intervene she sat there hiding like a Easter egg until I asked for a office manager and what's the use she just was as useless as the scheduling coordinator no cares no empathy no nothing!!! Laura maybe you can't focus on your job because your not Alex sidekick no more and your actually his side piece so I understand why you lack certain responsibilities. I beg you if you're reading this PLEASE stay away from this place unless you don't mind spending the night!! read more

Had a perfect experience with Sawgrass Orthodontics. My son chose Invisalign and after about 16 months of treatment he has a beautiful smile and perfect bite. Everything went as promised and as expected. Everyone in the office was always very friendly. Appointments are available, timely and efficient. We rarely waited longer than a few minutes and care was always excellent. Dr. Penny and Dr. Kristen make a great team. Sawgrass Ortho came highly recommended and I'm glad we had an equally great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality orthodontia. read more

Visited for the first time today for a consultation. The office is very clean and looks nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The exam was through and informative. Both the treatment coordinator Lauren and Dr. Kristen Igualada-Heine were very professional and polite, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns. read more

I had orthodontic treatment at Sawgrass Orthodontics, and I am a very happy patient. I first had a consultation where xrays were taken and a price quote was given. The price was very reasonable compared to Boca, so I decided to sign on for treatment despite the drive. Expect to pay 4-6K depending on the severity of the case. It is primarily a pediatric practice, but if you are an adult like me, you will still get excellent treatment by Dr. Penny and the team. I feel really bad I was a noncompliant patient (I didn't get my wires adjusted for months, I couldn't make some of my payments when I lost my job, etc), but the staff was very good in working with me to adjust my payments. I especially liked Patty the office manager, who was always courteous and understanding with me. It has been two years and I am still happy with my results. read more

Dr. Penny and her staff are absolutely amazing! My 14 year old son just finished his 2 1/2 year treatment with rave reviews. We loved our experience at Sawgrass Orthodontics from the first time we set foot in their office. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. They explained the treatment in detail, worked out a financial plan for our family and made our visits pleasant and timely. Even when my son, broke his wires due to being a typical teenager they worked with him patiently as got us to our goal!! He now has a radiant smile to feel proud of!
