I had my braces for 2 years and I took them off in June. Dr. K is awesome and very down to earth. I felt comfortable at each appointment. Most of the staff I've encountered with were very nice. What I found with this office is their lack of flexibility for the working class. I chose the appointment dates and times that fit within my work schedule and they'd often change my time without making me aware. For my last appointment which I had scheduled 8 weeks in advance I got a text 5 days before the appointment saying the doctor is unavailable that week and the appointment is canceled. I have to reschedule. I've never missed a payment and I was charged twice for a payment I paid early in September. Someone is not doing their job properly. I called the office to have them refund this money to my account asap- I understand that things happen. I spoke with Jatna who said that management was doing their best to have the $320 refunded to my account. I emailed her to follow up on my request no answer. I had to call my bank which they stated it would take up to 45 days for this to be resolved! They had no problem double charging me but to refund me it's a whole process.

During that visit, I was aggressively oversold unnecessary procedures and told I needed to replace two crowns. From that moment on, everything turned into a nightmare. The crowns were done incorrectly. During the procedure, my tongue was cut, causing unnecessary pain and discomfort. After leaving, the pain became unbearable and I was forced to return. At that point, your staff realized they had forgotten something inside my tooth. They removed it and placed something else in an attempt to stop the pain. Now, as a result of your mistakes, I am being told I need a root canal. This is completely unacceptable. You walk into this office and everyone is overly friendly, but it is very clear they have no idea what they are doing. If I wanted students practicing on my mouth, I would go to a university dental clinic. At least there, a professor supervises and patients are not oversold unnecessary treatments or physically harmed. The level of incompetence I experienced is alarming. What makes this even worse is that the doctor is fully aware of how badly this was handled and now avoids any direct communication. She does not even show her face. Right from the initial email for information to my visit, everything was amazing and the staff was ridiculous prompt and helpful. I wanted to get my permanent retainer removed for a removable one and I was quoted an amazing price that made me pick this place. The staff was friendly and took my x-rays and images very fast. When it was time, Lucas came in and helped remove the retainer, making sure that if I had any pain, to let him know and he would give me a couple minutes. The whole process took less time than I was expecting and I was on to the next portion which was scanning my teeth for the new retainer. The scan was simple and everything was completed very fast! The staff was absolutely friendly and the price for the things I needed done was better than the other places around. I also love that they had little arcade games for the younger kids (and me if I had more time) in the waiting room to play. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day.
