There were three of us yesterday. We each had something different plus an appetizer (I think they called it a snack). It was a Birria Queso. It was fantastic! Two of us had hamburgers and another one had a BBQ Chicken Pizza. All of which were delicious. The owner and staff were very friendly and truly concerned about our experience. The downside, if there was one, is that we had to place our order at a window rather than be waited on. It really wasn't a big deal though. The menu wasn't too big that it was overwhelming but there is enough to choose from. So the food was good, the staff was friendly and the ambiance was pure Colorado. Pretty hard to beat.
