It is a little salty but the charred-ness was just right and coupled with the almonds tasted so delicious! I just find the broccoli a little pricey at 15 bucks. Then the pulled pork burger came and the wagyu burger came. All was good and rather good standard just like Bright Winery restaurant standard. Then the Lamb ribs came... And it came with just 5 or 6 ribs stacked on each other. You can easily one-bite them and the flesh just comes off so easily you can barely describe it. Even the bones were tasty. And the fat between the bones and the first layer grilled part is so soft it almost seem translucent like saliva. Portion may seem small at first but trust me, these Lamb ribs are like wagyu beef in terms of fat content. You don't wanna be eating too many of this and driving up any mountain near Bright after this. (Motion sickness may occur; you've been warned!) Overall a fantastic meal and I still couldn't believe how good the Lamb ribs were; it's unbelieveable.

You come here to socialise, have a drink, maybe a game of pool, dancing later in the evening. Lunches and dinners are not too bad. Typical pizza/pasta fair with a reasonable range on offering and given it's licenced it is reasonably popular - snow enthusiasts have been known to enjoy a drink or two. Given it's in Hotham Central it's very accessible during the day from the lifts and it's also serviced by the Hotham shuttle bus - the bus loop commences and ends there.
