Plain basic cafe/bistro fit out. Little to please the eye here. The cafe has a nice open air area out the back which provides a view of the river albeit with a car park prominently in the foreground. This might be controversial but the establishment has a slightly bogan air to it. It's an accurate observation much as I love my fellow man and a bit of lowbrow now and then. The eight people at the table next to us weren't so much talking as shouting at each other. We were mystified by the behaviour which was irritating. This place wasn't my choice and I was thinking rather dimly of it before our ordered charcuterie board arrived at the table. This near eradicated any negative thoughts I had about the place. The board was very nicely composed. Every single item on the board was as fresh as a daisy, dancing with flavour and lovely on the palate. The size was perfect too.
