The only downside was the last time I was in when they failed to deduct the 10% off the takeaway price which I didn't notice until I got home. I'm sure I'll mention it next time I'm in! Or maybe, with its dim interior and quick service it's a place they can dine undercover (well, except for that window sign...). This place has apparently been here for a long while and from the outside, it looks it. But once inside you'll find white tablecloths, an aquarium, and professionally dressed servers. Something feels a little off and funky (it feels like the sort of Indian restaurant I found in London back in the 1970's) but I can't really say it showed in the food. The food was solid and satisfying and the menu quite extensive. If I can give only one piece of advice it's this: there's a fixed price menu item that might cost a little more than you were hoping to spend but it delivers to your table a large array of food that looks quite good. I should know as I watched a nearby table turn a couple times and each time someone new sat there they ordered as I suggest. I didn't but wished I had.
