If I can give only one piece of advice it's this: there's a fixed price menu item that might cost a little more than you were hoping to spend but it delivers to your table a large array of food that looks quite good. You could even taste bits of fresh ginger along with the fresh chilies. Very tasty! Chicken 65 was similar only by the chunks of chicken battered and fried. Then it was tossed in a yoghurt based sauce with robust slices, chilies and fresh curry leaves. The Apollo fish was nearly identical to the Chicken 65 but with Cod fish chunks. The flavors were so good I didn't mind the repeat!! The Masala lamb chops were marinated with great flavor and then grilled to perfection. A slight char on the outside but tender and packed with flavor. I also ordered a garlic naan and tandoori roti and thankfully they were freshly prepared in a tandoor oven and not packaged like some Indian take out places in the UK. I'm eager to return and try out some other menu items. The dining room is minimal with 3 -4tops, 2-2tops and a 6top. They take Credit Cards and they have take out ordering on their website. We visited the Cumin & Coriander in May 2011, the restaurant serves the most delicate poppadums ever. Great starters, the meal had a good variety of flavours including sweet and sour cheese. This restaurant has an excellent chef. What let our experience down was the service, the staff lacked personality but as the restaurant is new it will hopefully improve. Windsor Curry Club rated the contemporary style Cumin & Coriander 6.58 out of 10. The total cost of the meal (Inc. Drinks & Service) was £24.00 a Head.

When you decide you order at the counter and pay, and your food will be brought out. Things like silverware, drinks, sauce/condiments are self serve. I love that they have a hand wash sink right in the middle of the restaurant. It's great for cleaning up if you've gotten elbow deep in your meal and honestly, we can all use an extra hand wash or two, right? Also love the fact that you have beverage refills (almost unheard of) and ICE - and it's the very best chewable pellet ice.
