I like that she uses FRESH fruit, not frozen fruit. She also sells hummus and guava with cheese, a local Puerto Rican dish. I go there for the Frozen Bananas though. She takes a frozen banana, dips it in milk chocolate, and you can choose the toppings of sprinkles, almonds or coconut flakes. It's the perfect treat for anyone who has a sweet tooth, like me. It really hits the spot, and it's way cheaper than an ice cream ($7 for Ben & Jerry's or Cold Stone-- that's ridiculous!! Anyway, since Carmen's business is a kiosk & not a walk-in establishment, she gets A LOT of these customers who just like to hang around and talk your ear off. I just pretend like I don't speak Spanish so that they'll leave me alone. Other than that, it would be nice if she had some chairs so that customers could sit & enjoy their food.
