they do not have parking, they are in a downtown area, pretty urban so you will find here street parking or paid parking, the good news here is that in PR parking is super cheap so most of the time you are better off putting your car into one of those rather than on the streets. the place is pretty small, when I say that I mean it, they have maybe 3 tables in the back and it is a corridor style place pretty small and looks crowded pretty easily. the noise of the staff beating on the ice cream on the cold plate is a bit or a lot annoying too in such a small space so I would tell you to get out of there once you get your ice cream cup. the menu is pretty straight forward, the flavors are the stuff they put on the ice cream and then you can pick 3 toppings. MACHA TEA - AMAZED! this is a underdog I must say but if you are a fan of the warm tea beverage you must have this with some coconut and condensed milk, this is a life changer ice cream, trust me. in PR ice cream is always welcome since the weather here is always great so make sure to come by, you will love it.
This is right across the street from the Casino and is a VERY small space and can be easily missed. However, I LOVE and am grateful that this ice cream shop exists! It's all rolled ice cream where you tell them which flavor you want, then when they are done you can choose from a variety of toppings without any extra charge. I've been ordering the Matcha Matcha which is green tea ice cream with smashed blueberry bits. At first I thought it was random to put blueberries out of all fruit but it's actually so damn good that I'm craving it again even though I was just there. The workers are very nice and it can get pretty crowded here at night time. There are about 3 small tables inside and 2 outside. There's really not much else I can say other than the polite service and delicious ice cream. The ice cream is not too sweet and I like how it actually taste FRESH since it's frozen right there on the cold plates. Overall, it's a nice tourist spot and I'm definitely going to take advantage for the remainder of my time here in PR :)
I agree with the other posts that this is a cool concept of freezing the ice cream into rolls and adding your choice of toppings in a 'made to order' dish. However, it is not worth the super long line for something that really holds no differentiation (in the end... it is just ice cream). The line was 1 hour and I was shocked at how inefficient the overall end-to-end process was. It took perhaps 10-15 minutes to ring a customer up and deliver the order to them. This is not a process problem, as I am sure if this problem is solved, more revenue could be reaped. Not gonna complain though, the ice cream rolls were fairly good while it was frozen and I always praise food when my favorite fruits of mangos and strawberries are on it. Overall, the concept is cool, different, and tasty. It is not worth the long wait though.
Great hidden-gem in Condado. A 10-min walk from the AC Condado hotel. It gets pretty busy and packed because of how small the location is but don't be fooled, its well worth it. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. You can see the start of the process from milk to ice cream. We got the oreo option and it starts off as an oreo crumbled up over the flat freezer with milk and the mashed and pounded with spatulas until they roll up your icecream into your containers. Well worth the experience! They do accept credit cards.
If you are a fan of creamy ice cream with a touch of freshness to it! This is one place you have to go when in PR. We stayed in the condado neighborhood during our visit to San Juan and just went for a walk towards the beach, on our way back eyes caught to a street long human chain which was actually a queue for this small ice cream place. We wanted to see what's the whole fuss was about to decided to join the chain and it took more than an hr to get it. But it was totally worth the wait! So we get to pick our choice of fruits and cream flavor and they freeze to make the cream roll on a cold stone. I wish I could go back to PR just to have this ice cream! When in San Juan this is a MUST try.

EXPECTATIONS WERE LOW. BUT. I made my own cup, chose taro ice cream and added pocky, condensed milk, and boba on top. I need to re-emphasize that I had such low expectations, especially for the taro ice cream, but it was excellent. It had that taro flavor that you wouldn't think a random ice cream shop in condado would get right, but. they. did. I loved that they let you add boba as a topping to the ice cream. I personally didn't try their boba drinks but having the boba with my ice cream definitely scratched the boba itch I had during the trip. My gripes with this place aren't really with the ice cream itself (though I am salty about the fact that 'pocky topping' is just two sticks of pocky jammed into the cup), it's mostly about the experience. Rolled ice cream is cool and all, but what we pay for isn't really the ice cream: it's the experience. Watching them pour the liquid ice cream onto the cold surface, chop it, spread it, and roll it is what we're paying for. And Below Zero has blocked off the area where you'd usually watch them work. I think maybe it's because of COVID that they blocked off half of the store, but it just feels disappointing. Was definitely pricey, but having good taro ice cream was worth it. read more

After a lackluster dinner down the street my niece and I stopped in to Below Zero for a fun dessert. There was a line to enter. Due to COVID restrictions only 1 party was allowed to enter at a time. The menu was conveniently posted outside so making a decision was easy before entering. Once inside there is a place to take temperature and sanitize hands ( this is very common around the island). After placing our order we were handed a beeper and waited outside. The weight was long, I'd estimate 10-15 mins. The ice cream was really good and I would highly recommend, just be prepared to wait. read more
Holllyyyyy shizzzz favorite dessert place in Puerto Rico!!!!!!!! They're really decent priced and they really work hard to make just one ice cream for you. It looks exhausting to be honest. There are so many options to choose from especially the amount of toppings there are. They're not the most premium toppings. For example one of the toppings I asked for brownie and I got crumbly brownies. I was like ew I regret this lol but my favorite toppings I found out are Nutella, Carmel, and almonds. There schedule is a little weird. Some days the don't open until 2 or something like that. read more

Omg. I was able to indulge in every craving that I had with a single dessert. It was delicious and accessible from our hotel. The staff was friendly and quick as there was a line outside the building and after having my ice cream I understood why. read more

Rolled ice cream in a variety of flavors. Kind of expected it to taste better but tasted like ... Ice cream. :) I don't know what I was expecting.. lol. Still a nice experience to try and take pics with. Good place to try once. We spent about $6.95 or so on each. read more

First time trying it and it was GREAT!!! Very affordable and actually pretty cool! They have a few flavors but plenty of toppings. I chose the cheesecake with no caramel and my toppings were strawberries, mangos, and condensed milk. It was so GOOD!!! read more

Second time here in a few days. Tiny place but perfect. Fruit was very fresh and service was great. The only down side... if I had younger kids... they were very busy and only two people working. Music was explicit and smelled of pot. Otherwise... I did love the ice cream. read more

This place is right across from la concha, so it's yummy for a late night snack after drinking and gambling. The place is tiny, I wish they could rearrange it better. Everyone is squished together and bumping into each other from the cashier, to the prep station, then pick up. There has to be a better layout. It's fun to watch them make the rolls. It's not a bad price, and it's always yummy. This was the first of its kind in PR, they have these everywhere in NYC. read more

These ice cream rolls were tasty and refreshing. So this place is super tiny and stays packed. Be prepared to wait because the ice cream is hand prepared to order. There is a small space to enjoy your ice cream treats indoors as well as outdoors. You order from the menu of base flavor options and add up to 3 toppings. It's pretty cool to see the process and worth trying at least once. read more

The ice cream was delicious! Very cool how they made it and it was actually bigger than we were initially expecting. We liked how you could order the bottom and then add your own toppings to make it fit to what you want. We ordered a Mr. Oreo on the bottom with Carmel sauce, almonds, and marshmallow fluff on top. Perfect treat for a hot summer night!! read more

We loveddddddd the ice cream here . It's kind of a hole in the wall so it's a grab and go spot, there is a small seating area in the back but the space is really tight. The staff was very friendly,patient, and good at what they were doing. Everything was on point and the pricing is very reasonable. The line was long but the workers moved fast and the wait was totally worth it. The only change I would make next time is to share lol read more

This place is a must try if you are staying in the Condado beach area. The location is a bit small but the it's like desert and show. They freshly make the ice cream right in front of u after u order. The #1 I love PR is awesome it's banana and Nutella mixture. After pouring cream and mashing the fresh fruit they roll the ice cream into little strips that almost resembles a flower pattern then u can top it with 3 items of your choice. I honestly went here at least once a day while on vacation! It's so worth it and is the best treat for the tropical weather in Puerto Rico. read more

Fresh, tasty and refreshing. Tiny spot. The music was way too loud, it was really hard to place our orders as no one can hear each other. And they were out of green tea ice cream mix. :( read more
