There is a nice porch with some outdoor seating. We went on a Sunday evening in April, and it was not terribly crowded. The line moved fast and service was prompt. All of the girls working were nice and professional. It seemed like one of the girls was in training, and even with this the service was great. Being that it was my first time visiting, I had a lot of questions about the menu. The girl cashiering was kind and willing to answer all of my questions, as well as give product suggestions. We both opted for parfaits with the vanilla custard - the Apple Pie and the Strawberry Pretzel. They were huge and so delicious!!! We also got a pup cup to-go for our dog, and he loved that as well. I thought the prices of everything were very fair, and it is a fantastic value for the quality of product received. In addition to the custard offerings, there is a gift shop to patronize. There is a lot of country-themed gift and novelty items, and it was fun to peruse while waiting in line to order. There also were various other types desserts (pies, cookies, cupcakes, and more), as well as pepperoni rolls, for purchase. I believe these are all homemade by the business! I went about three months without any payments. I got very worried when I saw they had left my last message asking (again) for an update on when the next payment would be on "seen", after I was already told I would've been updated weeks ago. I finally received a payment after I brought up my inventory sheets and calculated what I'd be owed. They agreed to send my products back, but then began another waiting game. I was told it either would be sent, or was sent, and that I'd get tracking over and over. Instead of admitting it wasn't actually sent, they'd leave me on "seen". After weeks, they said they were looking for the tracking slip, and then they found the package of my products in an employee's car. They then said they'd be delivering it early the next day. Little did I know, they meant they were driving to my apartment building, uninvited, on a VERY busy main Pittsburgh avenue, and leaving it, while I would be at work for hours, in a bright neon blue mailer, accessible to anyone. You could've just mailed it, as you said you would for weeks. They told me they had been looking for the tracking slip, so tell me why the package had no postage and no tracking? I ended up with body shakes at work worrying about $250+ worth of my work being stolen. I ended up buying my neighbor a gift card, which I couldn't afford, for rescuing it. My fragile handmade jewelry was loose in the mailer, and my necklaces are tangled. I even took a video of myself opening the package. I always keep every record, inventory list, receipt, screenshot, message, etc, I have between anyone I do business with, to protect myself, indefinitely, until I die; no exceptions.

The waitress was adept at explaining the tea flavors and describing what was on the serving trays as they were set down, and the owner, Sherry, was a joy to work with. Her friendly and professional demeanor helped assuage the stress of throwing an event, and her contracts were well drafted and easily understood. I can't wait to go back in my own time just for lunch and tea! I spot the jewelry counter where two sales women were waiting on customers. Both said that they would be with me in just a moment. So, I did what anyone else with the patience of toddler would do...I butted in. I asked, politely, the price range on the charms. The sales lady, who didn't seem to mind the interruption since the customer was busy looking through a gamut of charms, told me that the charms run $30 and up. Hmmm I was discouraged. She said that I could look around and when she was free, look over some charms with me. I said thanks, but I was in a hurry. She handed me a thick catalog of jewelry to take home with me.
