With Nicole's help, I was able to purchase a beautiful home in the Danville area. She made the process seamless and ensured we got the best deal. She went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and made the best decision. I have two little kids so wanted to purchase a home that met their growing needs. She is very patient. I could really tell that she was not trying to make a quick purchase but she really wanted my family to select home that we could see ourselves living in for a long time as well as a home that could appreciate in value if we decided to move. Nicole's knowledge regarding the market is extremely valuable. Having assisted thousands upon thousands of buyers and sellers, she has expertise and knowledge that only comes from years of experience. She is amazing at what she does and can literally perform her own visual inspections of homes. Nicole also has a large network of professionals. You can trust her recommendations and I highly recommend speaking to her if you have any other concerns (escrow, lenders, contractors, repairs, etc).

She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

We were SO Lucky to find Renee White ! At EVERY turn she was on our page from the minute we met. She would suggest the things we were thinking independent of any conversation prior. She worked really hard , had a team come through regularly to make sure client traffic had left the home in the same condition it was prior to their arrival. That can be daunting when every agent in the area can come at any time . Due to the soft market, we collectively decided to remove the listing so as not to take a huge loss and Renee fully supported, I think even suggested it , again, like thinking separate of any conversation prior. She will absolutely be our first and only call when we decide to re-list .

Besides Jason's expertise in selling our home, he was very responsive to all of our many questions. Similarly, when we bought our home with her she went through the reports with a fine-toothed comb, making sure that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and that we felt secure that the property we were getting was what fit our needs perfectly. From the beginning when we interviewed Lisa Doyle, we already saw the trust & confidence and the many years of invaluable experience that she holds in the industry, especially in the San Ramon Valley area. Lisa was very sensitive with our family situation with the recent passing of our Mom. She was able to guide us step by step with attention to detail, through the preparation, marketing, and sale of our Mother's home in the Alta Mira neighborhood, at Gale Ranch, San Ramon. My sister and I have (2) other siblings and we are a very close knit family and saw the same chemistry with the Doyle family team. Although they are associated with a highly rated brokerage company, Christies-Sereno, they really operate like a small firm and make client services very personal & paramount. We were able to get the one-on-one collaboration with the team keeping the open lines of communications throughout the entire sales process. Their aggressive marketing approach & expanded network thoughout the greater Bay Area provides optimum coverage, attracting a large window of potential buyers. Our Mom's home was well prepared & refreshed with new paint and select interior improvements for impact. Not to mention, the home was perfectly staged that it sold instantly over asking price after the 1st open house! This is very impressive considering the current state of the economy. My sister and brothers are in much disbelief that our Mom's home sold so quickly! Mission accomplished & definitely an epic sale! Many thanks to the Doyle Team! You guys rock!!! In fact, Kin recommended the home I eventually bought while I was on vacation in Europe. She sent me detailed videos and explained exactly how the house matched my preferences. I trusted her judgment enough to have friends see it for me and submitted an offer without ever seeing it in person. I'm now incredibly happy with the home--it's exactly what I was looking for. As someone who knew very little about buying and maintaining a house, I also really appreciated how much James and Kin taught me throughout the process, even helping me find contractors and handymen after closing.
