My husband's sausage coil dish was laughable though. It was a coil of breakfast sausage type sausage sitting on top of mediocre mash potatoes. As hungry as he was, he just couldn't finish it. Why would someone create a dinner dish using breakfast sausage is beyond me. We should've asked what type of sausage, but both of us just never would have expected to have seen breakfast sausage....
