One was chewing gum and removed it from his mouth using his fingers. Then handled food. I saw him put his hands though his hair several times before handling food. No protection from germs with waitress when handing out cutlery. She had recently smoked. A little worrying this factors especially having an open kitchen. I think they should have been wearing chef's uniform and not own trousers/t shirt Staff where nice and polite. Good food and well presented although a little on the heavy side! Please get kitchen in order! Lawsuit waiting to happen.
