WOW. This food is incredible. We had the black bean burger and the bang bang tacos. The "fish" tacos were better than any fish taco I have ever had. Everything was amazing. the flavor, the crunch, the texture. ALL 10/10! We will be back and I cannot wait to try the chicken sandwich next. Please try this place, you will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review because of the service I received yesterday my daughter and I went there yesterday to enjoy a very good meal but instead we were argued down because I told the owner can I talk to you sir quietly and told him your food was very good as usual but your service was very bad. That's all I had told him he explained to me what had happened was our fault when we were ordering she ordered what she wanted and I ordered what I wanted. I didn't understand he was quite and distant but it was like we had to tell him twice, but when he brought our food out, it was one meal and when my daughter told him he was saying that he didn't know we wanted more food and we were dining in. The only thing we did not do was to look at the receipt. I gave him a five dollar tip and we sat down and wait on our food and when it was brought out, we had one burger meal and a small box of their wings, and that was when we looked at the receipt so my daughter informed him he got the order it was paid for, but he never did apologize for the mixup and that's what I was letting him know, but he did get belligerent and started yelling at us as if we cussed him out and it was our fault. We should've paid attention because he told us what we had ordered, which was not so he was not very talkative. He didn't smile. We didn't pay attention to that. Otherwise I wouldn't have never given him a tip. We left him a bad review. He wants to comment it and say that we were trying to get a free meal, which is totally against my character, but not once I yelled at him the way he yelled at me I was surprised that as a manager that's how he handled the the misunderstanding which was not professional at all, I told him I would not come back because the service was not good, but for some reason this man has a terrible disposition. I'm sorry, sir. I have to leave this but you know what you did again like I told you, the food was good but as a manager of a business you won't have that business long if you treat people like the way you treated me and my daughter. read more

I had an amazing experience at The Beet Box. I was skeptical about Chickless sandwich but it had good flavor. I like the fact you can choose a spicy or regular 'Chick'. The sweet potato tots were delicious and the garlic & herb fries were well seasoned. Combines the fries with the vegan honey mustard, thank me later! Their homemade lemonade was also really good. To my surprise the owner came out to take my order and again to hand me my food. The restaurant was a decent size with enough room for several tables to eat-in. Well, vegan restaurants are pretty hot these days. The food was delicious, but insanely expensive. The employees are incredibly relaxed - maybe too relaxed for some people's comfort. The burger was stacked high with awesome toppings, including a delectable black bean hummus. The bun was amazingly soft and buttery and held the whole thing together nicely. The garlic & herb fries were crispy and bursting with flavor. He had the house made "chicken" sandwich with the "eat more chicken" sauce along with the Cajun fries. He described the sandwich as "a flavorful explosion." The fries were tasty and had a little "kick" to them. The fried artichokes were also yummy. The place is contactless (kinda) because someone still came around to greet me, tell me about the options, and deliver my order. But you do have to order everything from the QR code. It was super user friendly though. I ordered the "chicken" sandwich plain (no sauce) but got spicy breading...which actually wasn't spicy at all now that I think of it. Still delicious AF though. If you're a condiment whore like me, please do NOT skip this helpful tip: ORDER 1 of each sauce. I was so mad at myself for not doing this because there were a few I wanted to try. I tried the honey mustard and ranch and neither disappointed...which is why I wish I had tried them all . I also did an order of garlic and herb fries and a "hurricane lemonade". Both were just as bomb as the sandwich. *I also got to try the feature taco that will be added soon. Make sure to definitely try that for a little spring time taco patio vibes. I had never had vegan fried chicken sandwiches before, so I was impressed with their spin-off of other famous chicken sandwiches. I had the ranch chickless sandwich. The patty had a nice crunch, but the sauce didn't add much flavor to the sandwich. A minor complaint was the price. $16 for one sandwich and then another $5.50 for fries!? Soooo happy this truck is available as a meal option for our trips to visit family in Stillwater! My husband and I went full on plant-based this year and this truck has been awesome. Menu changes weekly but they always have a chik'n sandwich option and other yummy meals. The fries are AMAZING - cooked just the way I like them.
