WOW. This food is incredible. We had the black bean burger and the bang bang tacos. The "fish" tacos were better than any fish taco I have ever had. I had an amazing experience at The Beet Box. I was skeptical about Chickless sandwich but it had good flavor. I like the fact you can choose a spicy or regular 'Chick'. The sweet potato tots were delicious and the garlic & herb fries were well seasoned. Combines the fries with the vegan honey mustard, thank me later! Their homemade lemonade was also really good. To my surprise the owner came out to take my order and again to hand me my food. The restaurant was a decent size with enough room for several tables to eat-in. Well, vegan restaurants are pretty hot these days. The food was delicious, but insanely expensive. The employees are incredibly relaxed - maybe too relaxed for some people's comfort. The owners are on site and always provide a very personal & welcoming experience. I had the Black Bean Burger with Garlic & Herb fries. The burger was stacked high with awesome toppings, including a delectable black bean hummus. The bun was amazingly soft and buttery and held the whole thing together nicely. The garlic & herb fries were crispy and bursting with flavor. He had the house made "chicken" sandwich with the "eat more chicken" sauce along with the Cajun fries. He described the sandwich as "a flavorful explosion." The fries were tasty and had a little "kick" to them. The fried artichokes were also yummy. We both had cold-pressed juices, which were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back! read more

DON'T WALK, RUN! Beet Box is worth all the hype I read on IG. This is a VEGAN place, but even a non-vegan will love it because the flavor is so good! The place is contactless (kinda) because someone still came around to greet me, tell me about the options, and deliver my order. But you do have to order everything from the QR code. It was super user friendly though. I ordered the "chicken" sandwich plain (no sauce) but got spicy breading...which actually wasn't spicy at all now that I think of it. Still delicious AF though. If you're a condiment whore like me, please do NOT skip this helpful tip: ORDER 1 of each sauce. I was so mad at myself for not doing this because there were a few I wanted to try. I tried the honey mustard and ranch and neither disappointed...which is why I wish I had tried them all . I also did an order of garlic and herb fries and a "hurricane lemonade". Both were just as bomb as the sandwich. *I also got to try the feature taco that will be added soon. Make sure to definitely try that for a little spring time taco patio vibes. So the menu is super simple.. unfamiliar with some of the base of the menu.. I went straight in for the questions.. there were two people behind the counter, the owners.. two folks who started their business in college, where more than happy to answer my questions! The patty had a nice crunch, but the sauce didn't add much flavor to the sandwich. A minor complaint was the price. $16 for one sandwich and then another $5.50 for fries!? They are a semi contactless restaurant with self seating and a QR code/ordering on your phone. Soooo happy this truck is available as a meal option for our trips to visit family in Stillwater! My husband and I went full on plant-based this year and this truck has been awesome. Menu changes weekly but they always have a chik'n sandwich option and other yummy meals. The fries are AMAZING - cooked just the way I like them. I literally moved here from LA and I was looking for good quality vegan options. There aren't too many to choose from here in okc and so I am so happy I found this place. I have never had a better vegan sandwich anywhere else. The fact that you can eat it with your favorite VEGAN VERSIONS of fast food sauces to switch up the tastes makes this place even better! Everything is so freshly made and you can taste the love the young owners put into each and everything they make! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
