I didn't recall that there was a bar in the rear and made sure to snap a shot of their weekly board. I'd return to check out some of their events or even just to grab a bottle of wine. I selected a Riesling that did not disappoint and a Cabernet Sauvignon by Jam. I forgot to snap a pick of the Riesling but I'll return to grab it again! I'd say it's a place you could easily overlook but if you did stumble in here, you might find a brew or want to hang out at the bar for a bit. There's more to this place that I'd like to see and look forward to more reasons to visit.

The service is always friendly, they've always got a great selection of both NC local beers and beers from all over the country. They offer both can and bottle options as well as a selection of 10 rotating tap handles. They also carry a large selection of wine and mead. The space is very family friendly, welcoming children to come with their parents. It's a very relaxed and laid back space, often having food trucks on the weekends. and even having a great selection of board games for kids and adults alike to play. Highly recommend , check this sport out!!!

I'm typically a beer drinker, but when needing some items to help ring in the new year, we stopped…read moreby the ABC store. Despite having to work New Years Eve day, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They also had a High Point police officer at the door ensuring no issues, I'm not clear if that's a daily thing, or just during busier times of the year. They carry a good selection of alcohol, in many cases, even offering several brands for more common items like vodka, whiskey, and bourbon. They don't sell any beer at the ABC store, and I don't frequent them though to be able to say if any do. But they cart the hard stuff, some mixers and a very small selection of snacks.

The group that I travel with is about 25 people total. Last week my friend and I went to buy a few things and the employee was very pushy for us to buy drink mixers, which we absolutely hate. We politely declined to buy them, paid for our stuff and left. Tonight we go again and he AGAIN tried to push us to buy nasty drink mixers, we politely declined AGAIN (same guy) and when it was time to pay for our 4 bottles of different liquors (don't judge) he said he couldn't sell to us because we had a TEXAS ID....REALLY?? REALLY??? WTF is that about? So if our ID is issued in Texas, somehow we can't buy liquor? That's weird, because he did last week, and every bar in town has had no problem with our Texas IDs. Funny rule for a liquor store in a town where 35,000 [eople come from all over the world for the furniture market. Also, my biggest problem was the mean and almost insulting way he said it. He was just a huge jerk. I would understand if that actually was the law and he explained it nicely, but it's like he got satisfaction telling us no. I seriously don't know what his problem is, but we are both pretty angry and we will just drive a few extra miles to avoid that total douche bag. (White male, about 40 years old) Say good bye to my business and the business of my 24 co-workers!
