After 90 days our mattress is already sagging and we wanted to try to exchange the mattress, we went in 3 different times, spending well over 2 hours with each salesperson, the manager (Lyndon) said call 48 hours before you come back in I want to make sure I'm there to assist you and we called and made arrangements, then called the day we made arrangements and he said he had something come up, and district manager's (Bill and Bobby) Lyndon and 2 other sales people told us a price/no charge for this or that in person and on the phone to get us back in door and then changed their prices/fees once we got back in the door, nothing they say is valid, they are so dishonest. I will never step foot in this store again. We left and will not get an exchange with them even though the original mattress sags they will not get any more of our money, dishonest bunch of people and we don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

Made two trips to find what we wanted. Which was fine. Walkers stock changes weekly. Found a Samsung 30 cu ft ,stainless. Beautiful unit. Cost $1399 with an additional over mfg warranty of one year. Got the unit delivered the next day by John. The unit cycled for the mandated 12 hours. No ice or water in the interior pitcher. Sent a message about it to the store. Got a call back the same day. John came today to check the unit. Well the valve was reversed, so no water was flowing. After a quick spray of the kitchen, a brief mopping session, the ice maker was cycling and the interior pitcher was filling up. We were in love with the fridge regardless, now with the ice and water-- it's just....... Perfect Good place to do business. Family Local Accommodating.

My husband and I went to the 31st st location to apply for credit to get a new bed. Getting all our personal information 2. Problems with the software (I am guessing) 3. Having to go through some website to only have more trouble.... 4. The sales guy finally called them directly, and said that we had to give the company permission to gain access into our account to see if the deposits from our employer were genuine. 5. After giving them all of that, and them verifying everything successfully... he hands my husband a paper saying that we have to take it to our bank to verify that he is on the account! After an hour of verifying...he wants us to verify we are on the account! A complete waste of our time! His response...."I am sorry we cannot do anything for you until you bring that paper back." Needless to say... we will not be purchasing anything from this store ever!! You just lost a customer, and I will not be recommended ding this store to anyone I know.... very displeased!

And they don't have a window of time until the day of service which can be a little bit frustrating. Furniture looked great and met our expectations however there were a few minor hitches with the delivery experience... One of the delivery guys actually asked me to help him lift a TV stand and transport by hand to my house which I found unprofessional since we paid a pretty penny for getting delivery service. I let him know about my bad back and proceeded to let them do the job they were paid to do. His rebuttal was that his neck hurt but in my mind my rebuttal was they aren't precisely cheap for delivery services. I did not respond anything I just let the other guy know that he asked for help when the guy said he wasn't supposed to do that and quickly jumped outside and help him with the TV stand. The same guy that asked me for help with a TV stand opened up the door and slammed it into the corner of the dining table and the other guy was prompt enough to touch up with some paint that he had in this funny-looking little marker. There was also a minor blemish in the surface of the office desk that we purchase which he also touched up. It was so minor it wasn't even worth making another fuss to have them ship out any replacement. It's perfectly understandable that there will be a minor knick or two here or there. Despite those minor little hiccups it was overall a pretty decent experience. Nothing's perfect and for the price that we paid the overall value was pretty good for the money. Update One star deduction....24 hours later discovered how cheaply made the chairs really are. Grabbed the seat to move forward and it started coming apart as if it was made out of paper.
