I dye my hair alot, even in NYC, bleach 2-3 times and 2 ombre colors still NOT go over $500. With the hair artist with years experienced, you let your customer walk out with the stains all over the scalp like that??? and you didnt even try to solve the problem but hang up the phone on me???
