So no changes were made. Come the day of my appointment, she is calling me asking why I didn't show up at the time I had "requested". I told her, she had told me she was full and didn't approve the change. She tried to give me the run around of the change showing up on her calendar and sent me screenshots. It was a whole bunch of lies and she just lacked accountability for admitting it was her fault. She's not faithful to her schedule and quite frankly feels like she doesn't take her business seriously. She showed up late to my first appointment and I had to wait for her outside with my drains and feeling very uncomfortable. The suite doesn't even have her business name on the door so it's very confusing. The process was pretty straightforward, so I booked an appointment. There are 2 options depending on how many shades you would like to improve. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gary. His office was very warm and welcoming. He walked me through the process again and told me what I could expect. It's not an exact science, but he showed me how many shades lighter (the range) I could get with the two options he offers. I was set up with gel and a special light for I think it was 4 - 25 minute sessions with a break in between and wow! I am so thrilled with my results! I was in and out in 2 hours.
