I decided to try the salon for a Brazilian after buying a deal through groupon. The salon itself is very clean, and welcoming. Tiffany explained to me that she uses soy wax. The benefit of this type of wax is it supposedly only adheres to the hair, not the skin.... I believe she was misinformed. The wax itself was relatively painless, and at the end she asked me to look to see if anything needed touched up... well it was pretty dark and I couldn't see much, so I said it was fine. When I got home, I noticed that she had clearly missed some sections, which was pretty disappointing, but what was worse was the bright red color of my skin. At first, I thought it was just irritated from the service, so I didn't worry. The next day the skin was no longer red, it was SCABBED! A section about 3"x 1/2" of my skin had been removed and was now scabbed; it was not attractive, comfortable or acceptable. I really liked Tiffany, and the salon was very cute. Unfortunately, I can't go back, or recommend her waxing services.

Ok let's discuss this wonderful lady and her business. I have struggled with acne and scaring for…read moreover 15 years. Been to many doctors and tried many different medications and treatments. Accutane helped with the acne part and CO2 laser helped a little with the scaring but it wasn't enough after I had two kids and it all came back. Adult acne is difficult to treat and or get covered by insurance. And as we all age scaring and fine lines can get worse with age. I needed some major help because I was hopeless again. I felt like I was back to square one with my scarring and acne after my kids. This lady really loves her job and she knows her stuff! Went in for a consult and discussed everything! She recommended we treat the acne first then do something about the scaring. I was using many different products to try and treat my issues but nothing was touching it!
