When my daughter was hospitalized, the office didn't return calls or follow-up on requests made. If your diagnosis is simple, Dr Singh is straight forward and will bring you to health if possible. If your diagnosis requires any measure of extra attention, research or care - please seek medical help elsewhere. We now have a comparison from a new GI and the care is night and day. I only met that doctor on the day of the procedure and never had any follow‑up care, but the office still refused to schedule me. I also want to mention that the staff was not very polite either time I called. While I understand offices have policies, the way it was communicated felt dismissive rather than helpful. It made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Because this has happened to me twice, I've decided to seek care with a different gastroenterology practice.
