But the patients who strolled in after 1pm have been seen by the same Dr. I asked the front desk when will I be seen and was told I STILL have 2-3 patients ahead, (which made absolutely no sense as everyone in the lobby arrived almost an hour after me). I've never experienced anything like this, even the emergency rooms are more efficient than this.

I'm writing this review to share my experience with this office's new‑patient process…read more Unfortunately, I've now been turned away twice--once a few years ago and again this week--because they consider me "established" with another gastroenterologist simply due to a routine 2021 colonoscopy. I only met that doctor on the day of the procedure and never had any follow‑up care, but the office still refused to schedule me. I also want to mention that the staff was not very polite either time I called. While I understand offices have policies, the way it was communicated felt dismissive rather than helpful. It made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Because this has happened to me twice, I've decided to seek care with a different gastroenterology practice. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps others who may have a similar experience with their new‑patient screening process.
