But the patients who strolled in after 1pm have been seen by the same Dr. I asked the front desk when will I be seen and was told I STILL have 2-3 patients ahead, (which made absolutely no sense as everyone in the lobby arrived almost an hour after me). I've never experienced anything like this, even the emergency rooms are more efficient than this.

I only met that doctor on the day of the procedure and never had any follow‑up care, but the office still refused to schedule me. I also want to mention that the staff was not very polite either time I called. While I understand offices have policies, the way it was communicated felt dismissive rather than helpful. It made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Because this has happened to me twice, I've decided to seek care with a different gastroenterology practice. I'm sharing this in hopes it helps others who may have a similar experience with their new‑patient screening process.

I then sent them a copy of the paperwork I had and they told me I should have called the day before which would have been Four days in advance.
