I've just moved to Surprise from the Seattle area and needed a new primary care physician…read more My insurance said this place was covered and was a few miles from my new home so I figured, how perfect is that!? Ugh, how wrong I was and shame on me for not doing better research and reading online reviews. My new PCP is nice enough but being from India (and I have zero issue with that!) she is new to the states herself and seems to be learning the process right along with me. This is NOT what I want in my 40s. My first appointment angered me so much and I am not one to get bothered by too much. I had taken the time to ENSURE I would be seen for a physical (pap etc) + a consult to get my yearly prescriptions. I had my records sent over, followed up with their office to confirm they were received and again, I confirmed that my ONE appointment would cover all I needed. How very wrong I was. When I arrived I was informed that my records were not in their system (they were later found) and that I would need to return for my physical since I'm a new patient and that was their "policy". The PCP informed me that she likes to meet her new patients and have a chat before scheduling physicals. Also, she told me that they're not allowed to schedule both appointments due to medical billing policies. I called BS on that but since I'm new to the state I wasn't sure if that was true or if they were just looking to get more money out of me. After speaking to family and friends, I'm pretty sure it's a policy of this place only and a way to bill for more money. I returned today and the appointment was scheduled as a "follow up". There was no mention of a pap needing to be done. I asked who was running this circus and the MA was quick to tell me the front desk doesn't know how to do things correctly. I am already established and completed my yearly exams but I will be transferring my care next year. There are just too many red flags here. I am still waiting on the MA to call me about my mail order prescriptions. Let's see if that happens. A side note on their lab department: I had blood taken this morning before my appointment. The phlebotomist tried twice to "find" a good vein and then the second one came in to complete the botched work. Both arms are left with painful bruising. I am 40 and have NEVER had this experience. Proceed with CAUTION.

This place half diagnosed my son last March . When I brought up concerns I had I was told that was…read morenot true . A day and a half later I went back in concerned things were getting better . I was told if I don't like the level of care I'm receiving I should take my son to the emergency room. I had asked to see another Dr in this office and was told no because I needed to see the original Dr seen for these issues . I took my son to children's Phoenix urgent care where I was told he did infect have pneumonia like I originally thought and had asked adelante . I expressed frustrations after 5 days in the hospital to our PCP and the office staff . I was told they would escalate and add on my chart I never wanted to be seen by that Dr . I received 1 call from someone who was trying to get more information on my issues and was told she was escalating to her manager and would receive a call back and I never did . I stayed with this office stupidly because I was afraid to transfer to another office as my son now needs seizure medicine and follow ups. Now here we are in 2026. My son's neurologist from Pch ordered blood work, I was told this office does blood work Saturdays . I called to see if they would be able to help and they told me no because the order came from another Dr . I asked to leave a message for our PCP to see if she would write the order so we can have this done in the office . At the end of my "message" I was told the Dr has moved to Phoenix . WHAT?! Why wasn't anyone informed . Needless to say now that my son is more stable and issue after issue in the office it was the push we needed to find a new Dr office. This staff doesn't care . They don't keep their word. They push you around, shame you, tell you they are right and you wrong. This is why people don't like going to the Dr . I hope this office gets their stuff together for the children of surprise

They got annoyed because I called so many times because they weren't set up for me and I needed certain things. My meds did not arrive until 12:45 at night and I got here at 4:30. So I was in pain all that time. The food is disgusting here. You have one item on the menu and then a few things you can order like burgers and salads. They're always talking loud in the hallway which is so annoying. If you want peace and quiet don't come here. I will be moving to another rehab today.

Thinnest walls ever! You can learn the medical diagnosis and history of your neighboring patient!…read moreIf that's cool for you, and your information being "leaked out" as well, then book an appointment now! I've never have seen Dr. Bajpai. I think he must work one day a week. The PA Dr. Ammit is who you'll most likely see. I think he means well, but rushes through conversations and tests. He's also very loud, hence why we can hear through the walls. Personally, I think it's got to be very difficult to be a doctor these days. False diagnoses via WebMD on the patient level, and this clinic is a prime example of one that is over-booked. Every minute of the day, the doctor's running back and forth between patients. Couple that with insurance in this country that is garbage-in/garbage-out plus 100k+ residents just in Surprise plus cookie-cutter, general office buildings being used as medical facilities, and yes, this place kind of sucks. It's a little dirty too, mainly the patient room floors.
