NEW WARNING DO NOT GO HERE Let me start off by saying this place has ZERO regards for their patients. They are quick to bill the insurance for 6 months but still having zero idea what's wrong with me. Making the patient feel like it's their fault for not knowing the underlining cause when trying to advocate for themselves. In the doctor's words "Must be having some type of placebo effect." Which is crazy because no other medication made a difference in my health but after begging the doctor to just put me on fluconazole ( prescription for valley fever ) I started to notice a difference in my health no more fatigue , no more migraines, and no more achy joints. Explained this to the doctor they had speak to me due to my doctor going on vacation. He was ABSOLUTELY RUDE , inconsiderate to my health & well being. I had blood work done total of 2 test , One test came back positive & one came back negative. Instead of looking further into this he Argued with me about what else I could do to see what's going on. In his own words "You didn't make an appointment this is free help. I'm late to my next appointment so?" I've been to the emergency room for this same issue multiple times . Paperwork stating they do see an issue / inflammation & to Contact my primary care doctor. My health has only declined with this facility & the lack of care. Only recently after begging the office manager to look into this. The doctor starts semi listening because now he's upset that I made a complaint. In 2022 I was diagnosed with valley fever, Come to find out I might have it again. I've been in their care for multiple months and my health only declined due to lack of care. They are quick to turn around and make you feel like you're the issue if they can't figure out the underlining cause for your visit. When trying to advocate for myself I've had the doctor personally argue with me infront of my wife because he has zero clue what's wrong. As the doctor gets upset because I'm confused asking questions and what's the next step for a health plan. Very quick to pass it off to the next person that has zero clue about my health. Also spoke with the office manager due to the referral department messing up not sending my referrals to the right place & leaving multiple voicemails even having my wife call in. Zero response within 48hrs , so I personally walked in to speak with the manager. Even when the manager called went straight to voicemail. Being said I'm going multiple days without the referrals while the place I needed the referrals for getting booked out farther & farther . Seemed like she cared for the patient's health but when I call in to express my concerns it's clearly not as important as it was when we had spoke face to face. This place needs to be audited because when asking for all of the visits my insurance has paid for they cannot provide it to me. The manager put on notice November 1st 9:46am needed all information. On 12/11/23 Manager could not provide information due to being "Short Staffed" RED FLAG I have still not received all my paperwork. I have been going to west side internal medicine for multiple years now. My father also visits this same facility. As I'm writing this we both are making complaints to our insurance. I was diagnosed with a rare disorder. Dr Kahlon's helped me immensely. Most of my appointments with her are when I'm lying down. She knows what Celiac artery stenosis is. She is the only doctor thus far that is willing to treat me. I think she is by far the best doctor I've seen in Maricopa County Arizona. I am searching for a new primary dr. Called this place to establish as a new patient and the front desk could NOT get my name spelled correctly. Sent me a username to set up a portal and it was a wrong name! I called back and she said she fixed it and I would get a new email. That new email never came to set up a correct patient portal so I called a third time. A different lady answered , told me it was not their problem when/if an email came and HUNG UP on me. I called today to cancel my appointment, told the woman (sounded like the one who hung up on me last week) and told her I was treated rudely by the scheduling office and no apology, no trying to make it right, just said ok and hung up. read more

Dr. Kahlon lacks bedside manner. She could be friendlier and more welcoming. She also scolds you if you do a video visit versus in person visit. Probably cause she gets kick back for that. Medical records never sent me the records I requested over 2 months ago. I told them I didn't have a car right now and if they could kindly send me a copy and they never returned my phone call and never sent me my records. Will be looking for a new primary Care. She rushes you during the visit and acts like you are bothering her like she could care less. read more

I've been a patient at Westside Internal Medicine since Dr. Desai came on board. He's been my PCP for the past 18 yrs and I'm healthy, wealthy, and wise - still here, still go'in strong. Because of Dr. Desai I'm go'in to live to a "ripe" old age. His staff is great - Maria, with a smile to die for, always makes me happy. Dr. Desai is the best doctor ever. Dr Sodhi has been my PCP for a while now and was my grandparents PCP for over 10 years prior. He listens and does his best to help his patients and address their needs. His staff is nice and yeah the phones get hectic at times but please dont let that keep you from getting the quality care you deserve. I would recommend this office to anyone. This office staff is completely unprofessional and I should have not made an appointment after reading the other reviews. We recently moved to Spartanburg and my son needed a new doctor. When booking my appointment, I expressed the urgency due to my sons medication needing to be refilled. I still work in Greenville and my son is in a new school in Spartanburg and she said she understood because her son went to the same middle school and times of day were better than taking kids out of school. When I walk in for my sons appointment, I was not greeted. The first young girl laughed and thought I had the wrong place since I mentioned we had an appointment. Then the lady who I originally spoke with said the appointment was not booked but no one offered a solution and no doctor was available at 4:00 when they close at 6. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room and the concern for my sons sake was nonexistent. I am a single mother who works full time and I don't think it's funny at all to drive an hour and across town to be told they forgot to book an appointment for a new patient that is out of medication. It wasn't an appointment I called to book last minute. I called three weeks ahead to make sure I had done my part. It's just unacceptable. Unprofessional and I am shocked that anyone would have such disregard for a patient. To the doctors of this business; your front office admins are the face of your practice and I would be highly embarrassed if I saw such unprofessionalism and lack of concern for your office and business especially for your patients. The office staff lost my phone number. The office staff did not return phone calls. They did not keep me informed of test results. If you do not have any medical problems you will do fine. But I am changing to a new medical group. read more
