The doctors I see here are the best they are just fantastic. However, office manager Mandy is the…read moremost unprofessional person ever. She has now made me question the trustworthiness of this office. After being corrected about my name she continued to ask for Patricia. That's not my name. It's Pattrika. She continued to get louder and louder and refused to pause or stop speaking long enough to receive any kind of information. She is not the MD or a PA nor the person who wrights prescriptions. She's the one who gives the provider the message that the order is needed. I don't feel comfortable or confident that I can trust her to give my doctor the message I need her to have. Since she claims to be the ultimate boss of the entire practice I will now be looking for a new provider. Trust is important with your health. I have no trust in this provider anymore. That's really sad.

Excellent experience from my first phone call. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment, which…read moretook only a matter of minutes. Before ending the call I already received my appointment confirmation, new patient paperwork and patient portal instructions in my email. Upon arrival, the front office was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Within 5 minutes of checking in I was taken back by the medical assistant who was quick and efficient. The patient room was also nice and clean. Moments after finishing up with the medical assistant, Sneha Kumar, MD entered the room. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and caring. Dr. Kumar went over my medical history, did an exam, performed a well woman exam, ordered routine labs and even took the time to exam an earache that had sprung up since scheduling my appointment. Checkout was a breeze, I was given a reminder card for my next annual checkup and also a hard copy of my lab order which I really appreciated. I don't typically write reviews but I felt this practice, especially Dr. Kumar was extremely deserving of a 5 star review.

I was a big fan of TrueCare MD and was a patient of Dr. Ciszek, until she moved to Florida, Dr…read more Rodriguez, until he left the practice, and now Sammi Wong, FNP. However since they have been bought out by HealthyU Clinics the office has turned to crap. They no longer answer the phones (every time I've called) and want you to leave a voice mail or switch to their texting service. Do you know how long it takes to make or switch an appointment using a texting service? No, they do not answer the texts right away. I finally gave up and sent a message to cancel my appointment. I found Dr. Rodriguez at a practice 20 minutes away and will move my records to his new office. Too bad as TrueCare, or shall I say HealthyU Clinics, was less than 1/2 mile from my house.

So disappointed with this clinic, Dr Rodriguez didn't even inform his patients he was selling his…read morepractice. I gave called multiple times to schedule an appointment as I hold for up to 20 minutes then the call hangs up. I call 6 times then hit the provider line and spoke with Nadine, I informed her I was not a provider but could not get a person on the phone and I had a week ago text a message requesting an appointment with no call back. Nadine informed me that she would relate the message to the providers Medical assistant. I asked how long will this take she says it depends on how busy she is. I said this is bullshit. I need a supervisor to call me, she said ma'am I will not tolerate this behavior. I said that's fine. Have your supervisor call me still no .

Hello I This review…read moreis aimed toward the front staff, not the doctor. I say this because I never actually got to see the doctor. Ihad a doctors appointment with Dr. Hipreet this Thursday. Spent 1 week confirming insurance, detail, etc with the front staff. I get a phone call the day before the appointment to confirm if I am still going I say yes and they say everything is set. I arrive at the office and guess what, they refused to let me see your doctor. They claim I already have a primary care. I told him that we went through this over the phone for the past week and I actually took the day off work to come here today. After the front associate tries to explain things to me like I'm some kind a small child I let her know that they should have been taken care of in the past week that we have been on the phone constantly and I had my appointment rescheduled three times. She says, we called this morning and confirmed. I say, if you called this morning why couldn't you call me and let me know not to come here and waste my time. She says, I can call for you if you like? I say, I told you to call and get everything in order for the last week and now you're telling me you want to do it now and waste more of my time. I tell her to give me my insurance card back because they don't deserve to charge my insurance for the lousy job they have done. It seems like the left-hand is not talking to the right hand at this office. When someone takes a day off work to go see a doctor, they expect to see one and not be hassled around by the front staff. There were six of them just standing around looking at me not doing anything. I got my insurance card back and just went to urgent care. Guess what, urgent care seen me in half an hour I was in and out with a prescription in my hand! Save yourself the trouble and just go to an urgent care or go find a place that actually knows what they're doing. This front staff will definitely cost these people patients in the future

Sanghara covered my care in his absence. I found him to be kind, wise, sympathetic and ethical. I thank both doctors and the staff at Affiliated Internal Medicine for all they are doing to help me regain my health. Wendy and Angela are both excellent at relaying the urgent and non-urgent messages between the patient and the provider. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest doctor and /or second opinion.
