JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles. When it came to make-up makeover, this took about an hour & a half for each of us to be completed.   It began with the prepping of my facial skin and the same as with the hairstyles, she never rushed.   She made me and my girlfriend as glamorous but in a soft and natural glam ways.  Our morning appointment with JoAnn started first thing in the morning and ended about 5 hours for 2 people.   Our make-up stayed the whole day and night,  never been retouched but looking moist, luminous, and radiant.   We received compliments from other wedding guests with our updo and make-up.   Thank you JoAnn for making our day no stress and looking glamorous!

The services agreed to were hair and makeup for the bride, make up for bridesmaids and both mothers. Diana NEVER ended up showing up THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!!! Prior arrangements were for bridesmaids to arrive at 6am to begin. The morning of at 6am she had not arrived (understandably it was early and waited for her to arrive), at 7am after a call she answered and said she was running late and would arrive in 30 minutes. An hour passed and still NOTHING so we called again and she altogether stopped answering, we even tried several numbers and nothing. Eventually she messaged the bride and stated "your deposit will be refunded in 2 days". WHAAAAT?? Who does that?! To a bride on her WEDDING DAY!!!!! No apology!!!! NO care to at least get the bride ready!!! NOTHING!!!! We were truly shocked and disgusted by her behavior and work ethic. Bridesmaids ended up at Ulta for last minute makeup and thankfully a true PROFESSIONAL makeup artist was able to squeeze in the bride due to the circumstances she was faced with. Needless to say BEWARE and DO NOT use her services!!! Oh and she also took a week to refund the $430 deposit that was paid for upfront and blocked us on social media.

They agreed on a date for the trial, and a time to start makeup and hair on the wedding day. First and foremost Diana cancelled the trial, with no warning, the day of. No big deal, my sister is not confrontational and was understanding of the situation. Diana said getting another bride ready ran late. Now come the day of the wedding, the bridesmaids arrived at 6AM, the time agreed. Diana however, was no where to be found. After texts and calls, at 7AM she said she was running late and would arrive in 30 minutes. Another hour later she still had not arrived! My sister text, called, and we even contacted her via her business social medias. NO RESPONSE! Until finally almost 4 hours after she was supposed to arrive she sent a message simply stating the deposit would be returned in 2 days. The deposit was not returned until a week later after numerous messages. NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM! Stay away from this "professional" makeup artist. I am disgusted by the way she handled this situation and her lack of respect towards her client.

Didn't look like the picture I requested and I had to fix the front a little at home but the curls were still nice and lasted noon till about 8pm. Make up matched my skin tone. Gotta love that! I have dark circles under my eyes and they were not visible!! Loved that!! I don't think that that the make up creased at my wrinkle. Loved that too. But it wasn't like the picture I showed. At home I had to lighten up the brows and take off some eye shadow. They've done my hair before and I loved it so I wanted to try it for my son's wedding. It wasn't as glamorous as I hoped, So I'm not sure if I'll use them or not for his wedding. Maybe if I go with the blow out vs hot iron curls. Price point seemed fair. I'll still go there in the future because they are local and have great blow outs.
