There's seating indoors and a few spots outside if you're looking for a place to relax yourself or with a group. There are lots of different drink options, and everything is a great price! The barista was very friendly and got my drink quickly! There were a few non-dairy options for in the coffee, and I enjoyed the oat milk in my latte. This is a great little spot you should check out while in Vicksburg!

I tried the place I knew but it was closed. Lucky for me, this place was right across the street. I won't bore you with the details of why Vicksburg is a special place to me. Just know that it is. I haven't been in a long time so stopping for coffee brought back some great memories. Anyway, back to the review. This is an incredibly cool place. The clothing is outdoor focused and very stylish. The coffee is very good and rivals most full time coffee houses. Plus it has parish in the name so this Louisiana boy is a fan.

While I'm not personally a duck hunter, it was interesting to see a call in the process of being made as I waited for my coffee! The barista making our drinks was super friendly, and did an excellent job. My iced oatmilk latte was delicious! I'll absolutely swing by this shop again if I'm back in Vicksburg!

It's November 29, 2025 at 2:47 PM, and I'm currently inside the Starbucks in Vicksburg where the…read moreemployees have locked the lobby doors with customers still inside. You can't exit unless an employee comes from behind the counter with a key to unlock the door. I told the staff this was unsafe, and they said "the district manager gave us permission." I even called Starbucks corporate, and they confirmed this is a fire code issue and told me I should contact local authorities. Corporate also said they have no way of knowing which district manager approved this for them to address it directly. I'm not trying to stir up drama -- I just don't feel comfortable knowing that, if a fire or emergency happened, nobody inside could get out quickly. Fire code requires free, unobstructed exit at all times, and this definitely isn't that. The employees mentioned they are overwhelmed with the volume of customers, but if that's the case, the store should be appropriately staffed, not locking customers inside the building. Safety shouldn't be sacrificed because of understaffing. Posting this so the community is aware and so the right people see it. This is a serious safety hazard and shouldn't be happening at any business.

The location is perfect for a coffee shop. I love old downtowns, and this is in an old downtown building. Inside is quiet and comfortable with lots of seating options. Sit at the bar, at a table, or even gather with friends on a couch. If I lived nearby, this would likely become my second office, as I am a huge fan of working in a coffee shop. The staff were super friendly and made specialty drinks that the kids loved. I got a cold brew in a can from a nearby roaster that was great. I had never had straight cold brew in a can, but this is a concept I can get behind. Most cold brew in a can is some fru fru sweet nonsense or some Monster clone. I like my coffee ice cold and by itself. The can provided that, but it was also easy to store and drink. More canned cold brew, please! If you are in Vicksburg, stop here. You will not be disappointed.
