The rooms were extremely clean, well the whole property is. Along the road around this hotel is some nice little row of motels but this place is more like little private bungalows. They have a little path to the beach which you could borrow a wagon and haul your stuff for the day. We were on the marina side so we got to watch the boat launch follies and enjoyed watching the fishermen come and go. Enjoyed the location close to a couple of reastaraunts right on the water and rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed a day on the water. Fabulous hideaway!

Right on the beach with easy access, they provide chairs and kayaks if you want to use them. The property is old, but very well maintained. The staff, mainly Karen is friendly and accommodating. The apartment is clean, the appliances are up to date. Perfectly suited for lazy days spent at the beach. We didn't move our car the entire weekend. We brought in food from the Publix nearby and saved time and money from the usual dining out scene. We will keep this resort on our defiantly return list.

Every weekend since I stayed here he has tried to process payments on my card, and I have been forced to close my account because of it. The owner is a total scam artist. When we arrived and explained the situation, the front desk and management showed little to no compassion and were extremely defensive instead of trying to help us find a solution. We understood the mistake was ours, but the lack of empathy and poor customer service made the situation much worse. We were forced to pay for another room that same night, and the way everything was handled left a terrible impression on our entire family. Unfortunately, this experience has completely discouraged us from staying with this hotel brand again.

We have not used these points in about 7 years. I had just enough for 1 overnight stay. The dog fee is $100 and you need to place a credit card on file when you arrive. We were welcomed by the team on duty at the check in point and their interaction with us was exceptional. The staff was genuinely concerned about our experience and seemed happy to see us. A small gift bag was presented to us, containing 2 bottles of water plus a round, wooden, token worth a small treat (bag of chips, crackers or small treat). The room was clean and well presented. The dog loved her window overlookng the front parking lot and the Wendy's across the street. Their dog walking area was clean, easy to get to and had absolutely no issues. When we departed the property, there was an inclusive breakfast (it was okay). There was a good selection of items for anyone with an appetite. However, and this was just a minor point; their regular coffee was cold .... so several of us in the dining area, simply had to consume decaf or drink tea. We checked out at the lobby desk when we were exiting the property, only to find that they waived our pet fee, as a special anniversary gift to us. That was a very special surprise - what a treat ! ! We sure appreciated that gesture. Overall this was a delightful getaway with excellent staff members on duty.

The rooms are shabby chic but clean, equipped with fridge, stove, microwave - everything you need really. The motel is a short walk from the beach and there are a few spots on location to hang out and watch the sunset. Some of the guests are residents who have been there for a month or more and others who are just shacking up for the night. Regardless you will meet some interesting folks. Lots of wildlife in the area. Saw dolphins, turtles, cranes. By the end of the trip I was already planning a trip back in the fall. Can't wait.

I understand the policy is 60 days, but life doesn't cooperate with a corporate policy. I booked through my company benefits website, which apparently utilized a lower rate that cannot be refunded. I am out $1300 dollars. This is theft and should be illegal. Do not book with this trash.
