Worst customer "un-service" ever. Go if you identify with the pronouns "where and why". Went for the all you can eat meat Wednesday. Arrived on time and put in the furtherest corner of the outside of the restaurant in blistering wind. Asked for a n outdoor heater, told that the heaters were broken. Served one plate of food for three people to share with no plates or cutlery. Waitress was no where to be seen to take our drink order. After about 40 mins and watching 3 empty tables inside we got the fourth waiter and asked for another (2nd) plate of food and if we could sit inside on one of the empty tables. Ten mins later were told sorry and that yes a table was now free. Waited another 20 minutes for the second dish to be shared with 3 people and had to ask for plates again. Ordered the sides for three and could see the napkin at the bottom of the basket of "chip". It looked like we had been served a half empty bowl of chips from another table. Cold, confused and full of anxiety not juicy pork belly, I let the counter staff know what had happened. No sorry, just a sweet smile. Paid after watching this weird bracelet swipe action for every change on the pos system (osi anyone?). Joined yelp, service staff need training and s$&t service a drink order would be nice. Save your money until the customer service of the Bavarian sharpens up and the heaters get fixed. Ambience was cold both literally and emotionally. read more
