I searched the used section and found records that were on my wish list that were of great value. Street parking is limited. My tip is to park in the lot behind the store. The inventory of LP's is Crazy insane, The LPs are always so organized, which makes it great to easily search your favorite artist, bands, or groups. The prices are great and you will find exactly what you're looking for. If you don't just ask their incredibly warm staff members and if they don't have something that you're looking for nine times out of 10, they can order it for you. You'll leave feeling, that you had an amazing experience at Record Head. shopping and looking around at their wide selection of physical media from vinyl records, CD's, video games + gaming equipment, along with of musical instruments, stereo equipment, turntables, t-shirts (I mean this store has just about everything). As mentioned the entire staff at Record Head is just SUPER, SUPER Amazing, they build an amazing rapport whether it's your first time in there or you're 110 millionth time in there / I've been to a number of Record stores over the years in The Wisconsin area, and I've been met with icy, cold, frigid, and nasty customer service experience (overall), and sometimes all it takes is one bad experience and you're like I don't ever wanna go back there. Like with other record stores, it's almost like they don't want you to be in their store looking around at their inventory, or asking any questions at the merchandise. And when you've got a business, that is essentially your bread and butter, so to all record stores please take a seat and several notes from one of the Best records stores and customer Service etiquette. Also, you don't have to take my word for It, this place has been in business for 50 years. There's a reason why there still standing.

Excellent prices, including some real bargains; well organized and pleasant to browse in. I've been coming here for more than 40 years. Zach, the present owner, has maintained and built on the legacy that Ron established back in the day. Super nice guy. Full selection of new comics, not quite as many trades and collections as some shops that primarily emphasize those lines. This is a true comic book store -- an outstanding one.

I'm a first-time customer. I walk in with my yellow binder ive had since elementary school. My guy goes straight to giving me advice on how to probably upgrade it "these stick and ruin the cards". But that's not even a sale, he's just running numbers on the cards. Gives me a nice estimate. Then I ask for the binder upgrade and he gives me exactly what I need and how to use it. He gives a compliment to my collection and tells me to KEEP them. Get it? This place is NOT looking for a sale. Instead he's insisting to hold on, and get better value later. Finally I got a Mewtwo at a bargain based off his own negotiation. Nah. This is rare air. One of a kind imo. Go there.

I don't know where they're seeing higher prices that their own, they charged $125 per $49.99 retail etb and just scrolling through Facebook marketplace scalpers are selling them for less. $65 for the binder collection over double retail at $29.99.

I ordered a PS4 pro from them and what they sent wasnt tested and was total mess. The PS4 Pro wasnt cleaned so the fans were as loud as a plane landing. Before equipment goes out it needs to be tested and CLEANED with a compressor and opened up to check the parts - none of that was done. Plus I got an old sticky worn controller and a cream colored short computer cable for the controller?? Everything was suppose to black and the cord should be 10ft. I had this machine for 2 days and realized it was junk and no quality checks were done on it before shipping it out. I went into the Mayfair and the manager was so helpful, he exchanged everything with an explanation of how it should run and sound. He personally tested my new unit. The controller seems new, the cable is black sturdy and 10ft but the best part is the machine is AWESOME !! Ive been playing it now for 4 hours and its quiet as mouse! I trust this store, they know what they are talking about. So happy now!!
