I've been here 3 times and it really seems geared towards girls softball. There are at least 8 cages/nets with ball machines in each. Not a very large space but perfect to get swings in. You need to make reservations but you can rent by the hour. We had our entire 2nd grade softball team hit in the hour. 12 girls in total. Parking is in a private lot that is mostly gravel. There tends to be lots of water puddles but it appears safe. I hope this place dries out so we can practice here again.

While this is normal, not sending out an email, text, phone call, NOTHING to give a heads up about this "fee" is not normal whatsoever. Allegedly, they told me about this whenever i signed up, but how are you going to expect someone to remember a verbal agreement made over a year ago??? Moral of the story, I spoke with Jared, a manager at this location and he was very unpleasant to speak with and refused a refund, while also admitting that they DO NOT give any heads up to customers at all, we are just expected to know. People have bills to pay this is a very corrupt and immoral policy/business!!

The appearance and layout of the facility is okay, but I never got to use it... Came on Father's Day first thing in the morning before it got hot and finally left after a 1/2 hour with still no one. I even called down to the clubhouse and was given the excuse that "kids" mostly staff the range. That might be, but I was just over in your pro-shop and saw you and another guy at the register with no customers around. Maybe as an adult you should consider driving down the street a few blocks to take care of the 5 groups of people patiently waiting to hit some balls??? I understand shifting staff around like that may spread you thin at the course and that you're not the "same" facility, but you're under the same owner who I'm sure would appreciate you not blowing off customers on Father's Day.

The greens had numerous weeds growing on them, the holes were not marked and muddy on the course itself. One hole was completely unplayable due to water issues. *Keep in mind, we did not go here during a rainstorm either!* If I didn't know any better, I would have thought this place was abandoned. It is also a very, very small course. If you do go here, make sure to bring plenty of hand sanitizer. It was rather dirty and unkempt.

There's a sectioned off area for parties or group events but it's nothing majorly special. DBat came up on a google search and was conveniently located so I went to their website to check it out. It was super easy to register, sign up and make reservation. Kudos for great on-line experience! Telling my grandson we were going to a batting cage was a hit and we headed to the batting cage. I was very impressed when walking in. It's been a minute since I was a softball coach and seemed to live in batting cages. Upon entering you'll find a great pro shop with softball and baseball gear. The check-in experience was easy with great staff. You'll have different cages to choose from; ball machine (kiosk driven), live pitch/hitting and pitching mound. Even with a 6 year old the pitching machine was awesome. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a cage. I would imagine a longer wait during prime times as there are only 3 cages with pitching machines, but you can reserve on-line. D Bat has a great selection of clinics and lessons that you must check out. A great find for the baseball/softball community along the I-44 corridor.
