They also have batting cages and go karting, but we didn't play those this time. They also have a cat there, and she was super cute and sweet and let us pet her. Another thing I really appreciated was how there wasn't that many people here. At other mini golf places or pool bars or arcades, there's so many people it feels like you're being crowded, but this was so open and fun. It did get progressively busier by the time it was 8:30 pm because we got there around 6:30, but still way better than other places in terms of crowds. Would definitely come back here again.

I signed my son up for batting training with a person by the name of rocky. I took my son to the…read morebusiness which was very nice inside, and he went into a batting cage for his first training session. For some reason, he only pitched when he was scheduled to bat. I later learned that the facility does not provide bats to its customers. When he was finished, the person that was coaching him, completely ignored me. It seemed very strange that he was only talking to my son and seemed to act as if I wasn't there. My son asked to look at baseball bats and he showed us one for $599. We left and I asked my son why the employee never bothered to speak to me or even introduce himself. My son was wondering the same and thought it was strange. We did schedule a follow-up appointment for this week and I just called and canceled it. I believe there are other baseball training facilities that would not only be more than happy to take my money, they would at least take the time to introduce themselves to a child's parent, especially someone who told my son that he previously played professional baseball.

I spoke with Tim multiple times in order to come up with a game plan. He suggested that we go outside and use their outdoor space to do actual team building activities. What a great idea that was!! My team loved every second of it. We got to the facility and Tim offered us the party room so we could eat and hang out for a bit. While we were doing that, the staff was setting up all the stuff outside. Tim was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a great time! My entire team had a blast. It was one of our favorite team building events to date. We all got to be kids again for a couple hours and it was wonderful. I highly recommend any company looking to do a team building to keep HIT! Indoors in mind. You will not be disappointed. The customer service and attention to our needs was amazing. Good deal if your group varies in height! You pay for a card and use it to swipe during rounds. Cost is commensurate with coin operated model. They have a system in place for days where there are more batters than cages, hang your bat on the external bat rack and each turn is limited to two swipes. It took about 10 minutes before the girl came to help us at the entrance and she quickly informed us they were closed. Poor business practices will put this store out of business. I recommend clear communication to your customers on times. Also, if the girl "working the front" or actually not present would have been working the front, we might have gotten a round in. Sadly we will be taking our business to the location actually opened until 9pm in Cypress. Disappointing children cooped in a car for 14 hours is not fun for parents. Do better!
