We are a small business in Houston and we are always looking for a new idea for our team building events. An employee suggested batting cages, which brought me to HIT! Indoor. I spoke with Tim multiple times in order to come up with a game plan. He suggested that we go outside and use their outdoor space to do actual team building activities. What a great idea that was!! My team loved every second of it. We got to the facility and Tim offered us the party room so we could eat and hang out for a bit. While we were doing that, the staff was setting up all the stuff outside. Tim was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a great time! My entire team had a blast. It was one of our favorite team building events to date. We all got to be kids again for a couple hours and it was wonderful. I highly recommend any company looking to do a team building to keep HIT! Indoors in mind. You will not be disappointed. The customer service and attention to our needs was amazing. Unfortunately, the staff makes no proactive effort to prepare the batting cage before the customers arrive for their time slot. Instead, they rely upon customer complaints about faulty equipment or insufficient baseballs / softballs to respond to the situation. Their response frequently involves blaming the actions of other customers instead of taking responsibility for their lack of preparation. More often than not, the staff sits at the front desk absorbed with scrolling through their mobile phones. read more

I was looking for something fun and different to do for a date, and figured batting cages may be a good idea. I called several spots around Houston and for whatever reason, COULD NOT find a place that included a machine, indoors at a reasonable rate. A coworker came to HIT! a few months ago and told me about this spot. HIT! is a great place if you're like me and just looking to hit for fun, or if you're more serious about baseball/softball and looking for real training. They have a small indoor training facility with workout equipment as well as 4 or 5 indoor cages. We did the fast pitch softball machine. I was able to reserve a spot easily online for a little over $50 for the hour. We came in and were greeted by the owner, Tim (I'm assuming he is the owner). Tim was very nice and helpful, he let us begin early as there was no wait and taught us how to use the machine. He gave us insightful advice as we were new to this all. We had a blast!!! We will definitely be returning and referring our friends and family here. read more

This is an excellent place to visit. My friend and I aren't experienced baseball players whatsoever, but we thought it would be fun to hit a few balls. Owner Tim was very friendly and helped us figure out which pitching machine would be best for us. We arrived well before our scheduled appointment but he had no problem letting us start right away. The machine itself is fully automated but the settings can be tweaked to suit anyone's needs. Very simple and fun to use. Tim went above and beyond in his efforts to make our experience great. Great local indoor facility for baseball and softball. Nice, clean cages, video pitching simulator cage and more. They offer individual lessons, speed training and team prices for memberships. Tim and team are great to work with and are active in the Spring Branch community sports scene. I highly recommend them. read more

Awesome! Made our reservation online and requested for the machine be set up for my 9yo daughter who is playing fast pitch. Upon arriving, the owner met with us and explained everything quickly but thoroughly. First of all he set the machine at 35mph and it was perfect! The cage has a virtual pitcher which is great. It gave my daughter the same feeling of being at her game(s). We rented the cage for an hour $40. Priceless! read more

Came to try this place out due to the clearly marked discount of $10 for an open cage. Despite the coupon stating it was $10 for the cage they would only discount the fee $10. Very nice facility but feel like I have been bait and switched. Disappointing considering there was even a conversation with the owner and they should know what offer the put out on Yelp. read more
