Super responsive, welcoming, and just genuinely great to work with. When we arrived, he met us outside, gave us a full tour, and let us experience the space firsthand. We got to play some of the batting games, try an entrée, and grab a couple of drinks--everything was a great preview of what they offer. The setup is really versatile. You can host a meeting in a private space and then transition right into the batting experience, which makes it perfect for team outings or offsites. Pricing was very reasonable, and they even offer 15% off on Corporate Thursdays, which is a nice perk. Also didn't realize they host concerts--definitely adds to the overall vibe. We haven't officially booked yet, but this spot is absolutely worth checking out. Whether it's for a team event or just a fun hangout with friends, it's a unique and well-run place.

I spoke with Tim multiple times in order to come up with a game plan. He suggested that we go outside and use their outdoor space to do actual team building activities. What a great idea that was!! My team loved every second of it. We got to the facility and Tim offered us the party room so we could eat and hang out for a bit. While we were doing that, the staff was setting up all the stuff outside. Tim was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a great time! My entire team had a blast. It was one of our favorite team building events to date. We all got to be kids again for a couple hours and it was wonderful. I highly recommend any company looking to do a team building to keep HIT! Indoors in mind. You will not be disappointed. The customer service and attention to our needs was amazing. Good deal if your group varies in height! You pay for a card and use it to swipe during rounds. Cost is commensurate with coin operated model. They have a system in place for days where there are more batters than cages, hang your bat on the external bat rack and each turn is limited to two swipes. Things went very smoothly and my boy got in some decent practice time.

It took about 10 minutes before the girl came to help us at the entrance and she quickly informed us they were closed. Poor business practices will put this store out of business. I recommend clear communication to your customers on times. Also, if the girl "working the front" or actually not present would have been working the front, we might have gotten a round in. Sadly we will be taking our business to the location actually opened until 9pm in Cypress. Disappointing children cooped in a car for 14 hours is not fun for parents. Do better!
