Unlike other companies who cheap you out on stuffing the bottom with paper to make it look like there's items below, Jacky makes sure your basket is filled with items. I bought a gift basket for a friend's new born baby in NYC. I spoke to Jacky via e-mail and she was incredibly nice and available (replying my e-mails on a Sunday). She arranged the most beautiful basket according to the price range I specified and even though I didn't get to see it in person (because I'm in Brazil) my friend sent me pictures and really loved it.
