Being across the country to give gifts is hard, but with the Basket Queen it's made easy as 1,2,3. I recently moved to NY and was unable to make it LA for Thanksgiving. I decided why not give my parents a handpicked set of gifts and put them all in one basket! Jacky was easy to contact and set the basket according to what I wanted and in my price range. The results came out more than I had expected! The thanksgiving basket was beautifully decorated and everything I wanted it to be. When some items were hard to find, Jacky contacted me and suggested other items which great and thoughtful! She also asked me if I would like anything else to replace the items with. By keeping the basket and items at my price range, Jacky did such an AWESOME job. I couldn't be more thankful! And my parents loved the basket so much that my mom doesn't even want to open it so that she could show all her friends! Great service and such as unique great business! Love the Basket Queen! The Basket Queen is by far the best at its task!! Not only does it achieve its customers requests but it truly goes above and beyond! The Basket Queen continuously makes generous donations to the collegiate association of Women in Business in Baruch College and the best part is that the baskets are made according to the theme of any event.. At our Style Your Success Fashion Show, the donated basket was one of the most wanted raffled items. Be prepared to be amazed by the uniqueness & exquisiteness of each basket, I guarantee you won't regret purchasing a basket! Besides the beauty of the baskets, The Basket Queen also has amazing service. Jacky will make it her ultimate priority to succeed in making the perfect basket. She truly is an amazing person inside and out, I promise she will exceed your expectations AND the prices are extremely fair !! For the amount of stuff put into the basket, I believe it's truly a bargain. read more

* PROS * Best gift basket I have ever gotten. I ordered a basket from this business both in LA and in NY. Unlike other companies who cheap you out on stuffing the bottom with paper to make it look like there's items below, Jacky makes sure your basket is filled with items. The presentation of the basket is also by far the best I have ever seen compared to the other basket companies that I have ordered from because you actually get a feel of what the theme is. You can easily tell she puts a lot of thought and creativity into every basket she makes. In addition, the fact that she gives you an update during the process of your basket being made really gives you a feel of customization. Already looking forward to ordering another basket from Jacky for my next occasion! Thank you for making my life easier! read more

I had no idea what to expect, other than what I'd read from previous reviews on Yelp. When I arrived, I was directed to the back area where all the silk flowers are housed, organized by color and material in aisles of neatly stacked boxes. As I began to search and take it all in (with SO many flower options, it can be overwhelming), a woman immediately asked if I had any questions or needed help. She began pulling out boxes of flowers that I was interested in and told me to just leave them out--she'd put them away, no problem. As I came closer to finalizing my little floral design, I asked a few of the ladies if I could get their opinion. This is when it got fun! They were SO personable and helpful, and TOTAL EXPERTS on their floral-design craft! One of the women began to arrange my picked-out flowers into a beautiful design that was exactly what I wanted. Rather than try to recreate the design by myself, they told me they could bind it all together to ensure the wires of the flowers don't show and so I could just pin/sew the flowers right onto my dress. And so they did it in about 45 minutes! The cost for it all was about $125, which is a bit more than I had anticipated spending, but honestly, it was all worth it! They wrapped the thing up for me in a box to ensure it wouldn't get smushed and wished me a wonderful time at the event.
