Knick-knacks, tchotchkes, literally socks of all types, themed items. Location specific items. You name it, they probably have it. They also have a rewards program. The staff are very helpful, too. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for their prices. They are pretty steep, in my opinion. A pair of socks cost $15. They were of a special print and the perfect gift for a friend but I'd never ordinarily purchase a single pair of socks at that price point. I understand they aren't a big box store and need to keep the lights on, especially in Astoria. Come in for all the things - just expect to pay a pretty penny.

The most recent interaction the women who answered the phone had a very nasty unprofessional attitude. This can be extremely dishearten if you are in crisis. It creates the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. In addition, their selection of 12-step program literature has become extremely limited. Materials that were once consistently available are now difficult to find, which is particularly disappointing for those who depend on these resources. Overall, the level of service and support no longer reflects the standards they once maintained. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable assistance and access to materials.
