The owner approached without greeting us or suggesting an alternative and said his employees needed to walk around the boat to access storage that was across the way from the restaurant because we were pulled too far forward. I explained why we had pulled forward and offered to move, he said nothing in response. The interaction was uncomfortable, so we left. The last two times we tried to launch our boat, we were told there was no parking available. It's frustrating to have a boat launch without practical parking for customers using it. After these experiences, it feels as though customers are more a burden than welcome guests. Unfortunately, we've consistently felt unwelcome and won't be returning.
