That's the worst. Not here! The employees at this store know what they are talking about. They have hiked, skied, snowboarded, backpacked, camped, kayaked , canoed, you name it. Not only have they done it all, they are excited to help you find the right kind of gear to help you do it all. The store is very well stocked with everything you could need to explore your world. They have all the major brands as well as numerous local brands, as well. Plus, they have speakers and events to increase that sense of community. This has now officially become my go to spot for when I need any kind of outdoor gear.

Drive almost 2 hours to our house because even though our window is 9-1pm she says we'll be the first drop off. They call today to say we never confirmed, then after arguing with them they track down the notes that the distribution center and the local center didn't communicate. They said no delivery til tomorrow then call back to say it will not be til Tuesday, and agin saying we didn't confirm delivery/address. My husband says he'll come pick it up and they say they don't have will call. Full house coming this weekend, a son who is a transplant recipient who has medications that require refrigeration and no appliances. Worst customer service ever-no apologies, poor excuses AVOID!!!

Home Depot uses Linn Star Transfer for major appliance delivery and installation in my area. By…read morefar, Linn Star has the least professional, least competent installers anywhere. I have had the extreme displeasure of having multiple of their installation teams in my house. I will never allow anyone from Linn Star Transfer in my home again. The initial installation was done incorrectly (subsequently confirmed by a third party). When this was brought to their attention, Linn Star agreed to send a second team, a week later, to do an installation check. This team was equally rude, and did not listed to my concerns. They even said that they do not follow all of the installation steps. Why would an installer need to follow all the steps?!? If Home Depot continues to exclusively use Linn Star, I will not buy an appliance from them again. This is a shame, since otherwise, I tend to like Home Depot.
