Our kids asked to come back and said, "this place is amazing." The adults enjoyed the interactive stations too. I enjoyed talking with Megan too about her inspiration for the Mess Hall.

My 19 month old granddaughter was quite limited in what she could touch and play with. It was essentially one small section for toddlers that young and then a water area that was sort of too high for her to reach even on the stepstool. We love all things STEM, so we will definitely be back, as the staff were friendly, and the facility was clean. Only reason for the four stars instead of five are the limited activities for the younger kiddos. Living in Pensacola, the sun and humidity are brutal, so finding engaging indoor activities for little kids can be a challenge.

It's a condensed fair but it has everything you'd expect for a fair to offer! Corn dogs, turkey legs, variety of food options, music shows, some acrobatics, livestock, contests, art, and more! I went on e and planned to stay for about 2 hours but I ended up enjoying myself SO MUCH that I stayed until close! I'll be venturing back next year for sure!

That's really nice considering the entertainment is not just cover bands and washed out old one-hit wonders from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. We saw Twitty and Lynne; Conway's grandson and Loretta's granddaughter. They were surprisingly very similar to their grandparents. The stage was nicely set up and good seating was available. It felt like stepping back in time. Midway rides and games with lots and lots of people crowding the walkways. The exhibit halls were full and there were plenty of food vendors throughout the fairgrounds (albeit there wasn't much in the way of specialty fair foods that you can't get anywhere else...) The only real drawback was that many of the vendors only accept cash and those who do take plastic are charging fees to use a card. I didn't bring enough cash thinking cash might not be accepted, based on the Blue wahoo stadium policy of only accepting credit/debit cards for payments. Totally my own fault. But, if you go be sure to take cash with you.

The bathrooms are always clean, considering the area and circumstances. The showers are big and the water temperature/pressure is great. The trails are maintained and kept in great condition. The awning area keeps you protected from the weather conditions, whatever they may be. They have the long row aluminum seats that will feel like any high school football stadium you go to, so nothing good or bad there. The huge fans keep things a little cooler. I'd guess coming here for an actual rodeo/equestrian show would be fun. The race uses the food court area and has always provided us with ice, cold beverages, and got foods so I'm sure it's the same for their traditional events.
