    I don't believe you're in good hands with Allstate if anything I've tried to take care of an error…read morethat was created in my account the minute I received the renewal, I spent a month and a half to two months trying to work with the people in the office and Allstate themselves at some point my policy was going to renew and I'd be forced to pay the excessive premium of $420 more for a 6-month for their error not mine... They kept kicking the bucket down the road tell me to wait 6 days till they can update the system , well that was three times they said that, now the agent comes back 3 days after cancellation and she says they are agreeing to fix the mistake I've already moved on I'm at State farm, they had a month and a half to correct the error imagine if this was your grandfather or somebody younger that's unexperienced in taking care of yourself, originally I was giving the ladies at the office leeway that they did the best they could within the circumstances they had, but then they called me back today and left me know that they fixed it, I explained to them they also fixed the space shuttles o-rings after it blew up , how does that help me now.. . You are not in good hands with Allstate not at all do not recommend in any way.......

People...you are benefiting from my insurance through you. What is your issue? You didn't do what you said you would when I moved my insurance to you, and now, I've been trying to get answers again since April 17th!
