I contacted Acceptance first because of their customer reviews online. I called and spoke with Nyra. After no more than 5 minutes on the phone, she said she'd have something for me within the hour. She called me back 3 minutes later with a quote!!!! The entire transaction took less than 20 minutes, start to finish, from the comfort of my home and I'm now set up with Florida car insurance at an amazing rate, insurance cards in hand!!! I didn't realize customer service like this existed anymore. I'm forever grateful to Nyra and Acceptance insurance for making this such an unbelievably easy task and such a pleasant "welcome to Florida" experience! Thank you!!!

I don't believe you're in good hands with Allstate if anything I've tried to take care of an error…read morethat was created in my account the minute I received the renewal, I spent a month and a half to two months trying to work with the people in the office and Allstate themselves at some point my policy was going to renew and I'd be forced to pay the excessive premium of $420 more for a 6-month for their error not mine... They kept kicking the bucket down the road tell me to wait 6 days till they can update the system , well that was three times they said that, now the agent comes back 3 days after cancellation and she says they are agreeing to fix the mistake I've already moved on I'm at State farm, they had a month and a half to correct the error imagine if this was your grandfather or somebody younger that's unexperienced in taking care of yourself, originally I was giving the ladies at the office leeway that they did the best they could within the circumstances they had, but then they called me back today and left me know that they fixed it, I explained to them they also fixed the space shuttles o-rings after it blew up , how does that help me now.. . You are not in good hands with Allstate not at all do not recommend in any way.......

I would have been arrested if I had been stopped. I have been with State Farm for 35 years, and my parents were with State Farm before me. They are no longer the cornerstone of insurance services that they once were. To pay premium prices for insurance, I expect a minimum of service. If that makes me entitled, so be it. I will vote with my dollar and take my insurance business for myself, my family, and my home elsewhere.

The local agents are basically paper pushers with very little knowledge of their policies, lazy and with total disregard for their clients. They will lead you on for months promising the best quotes and when it comes time to sign they'll increase the premium. Bait and switch. Horrible agency.
