I was very happy with state farm and Eric Cabaniss's office especially since I was in an accident and was guided through everything very nicely. Although, now I am being dropped. I am still in law suit with my accident which was not my fault. And the window that was replaced was also due to the accident that the place of repair said well you get on free a year, and when I called state farm was told yes that's true, so I got it repaired. But now it has all come back to bite me. Its a shame to put your trust into a place and think everything will be taken care of to be told well we put in a request and it was denied sorry. Our family has been insured by State Farm for many years. Recently, because of a move to Santa Rosa County, we selected a closer agent with whom to handle our insurance needs. We have been pleased with Eric's staff in handling adding/removing vehicles and getting us prompt returns of premium on cancelled vehicles. I absolutely love the staff at Eric Cabaniss State Farm. I have been helped by several other staff members, but Haley is my agent. She saved me an incredible amount of money on my car insurance(with higher limits than my other policy) and now that I am having a home built, she is helping me obtain homeowners insurance as well.
