Deena and her staff treat my Minx like family. I would only leave her in their care, they understand and appreciate her funny personality. We have been with them for over 9 years and very blessed for the opportunity. Thank you, Doreen &Minx read more

it is a great place for your dog and they treat them as there own. been going for 3+ years now

The Bark Park is still the best dog daycare. The staff and the owner, Deena, go out of their way to take care of my Toby. I can check in on him on the Internet too. :-) He always has a great time playing and it makes me feel good leaving him there. I also love the idea of cageless boarding. I have boarded him once and he did great. Give the Bark Park a try. Tell them Toby sent you! ;-) read more

I love this place for so many reasons. 1) They are a no-kennel boarding & daycare. They have rooms for small, medium, and large dogs. 2) The dogs are never left alone. They have staff that stays all night and rotates the outting all day. 3) Escape proof, clean yard with the turf that can be cleaned! 3) Great socialization of all the doggies with rooms full of small beds for them to dog-pile together or get some space. 4) They have webcams set up in each of the rooms so you can check in on your doggies while away. They are always very content and relaxed, which would not be the case if they were being caged or didn't have humans nearby as reassurance. 5) Clean, clean, clean. We love The Bark Park and travel 15 miles out of our way before every trip to take our dogs to the best boarding on the Treasure Coast or anywhere in FL! read more

This is very unfortunate and not a review I have ever wanted to make. I was boarding my two dogs, Ginger and Pepper, on average of 5-10 days a month due to my travel with work. Thats between $500-$1,000 per month I was paying to the Bark Park. Everytime either my wife or I would drop off Ginger and Pepper, the staff would say how much they loved them and what good dogs they were. Thats awesome, right? We thought so. That was until the last time I made reservations for them at the Bark Park. I was speaking with one of the staff members saying that I will be requiring a 7 day board for the dogs this trip, which is more than our average 3-4 days, and they told me that my dogs would need to have a trainer brought in because of bad behavior. I informed her that this was all new to me as we heard nothing but praises for the months beforehand. After a whole bunch of back and forth talk, she stated that she would allow Ginger and Pepper to be boarded for the 7 days, but would be re-evaluated. That should have been my first clue to find somewhere else for my dogs. Fast forward now to that 7 day boarding I reserved. I was backing up a business trip with a family vacation and leaving on the first flight out town the next morning. I drop off Ginger and Pepper and everything was great. The lady at the desk was happy to see the dogs and went through feeding instructions. I left and ran some errands, packed, etc., only to see my dogs getting neglected when I logged into their cameras before going to bed. What I saw upset me. I will be posting the screen grabs to the photos. I cant figure out how to attach them to this review. Anyway, I first see the dogs in the big and little dogs rooms are all nestled and sleeping in their individual beds. Then I see my two dogs. They were huddled beside each other, in a room by themselves, no blankets, beds, or anything else. Just a cold concrete floor and a puddle of pee beside them. At that time, I ended up having to find a new place to take my dogs along with going and picking them up. When I got to the Bark Park that evening, I was told that before I could pick up Ginger and Pepper, I would need to speak to the owner. I voiced my concerns and was given the excuse that she hasn't been able to be at the business enough lately due to personal issues, that there was only 1 person at the Bark Park at that time of evening, etc. We ended the conversation by saying that she would be looking into my concerns further and would be contact me. That was a couple weeks ago and I havent recieved a phone call. All in all, Ginger and Pepper will be finding a new place to play with their friends and will never be going back to the Bark Park again. read more

At only 5 months old, and with no history of interactions with other dogs, I decided to bring Gucci to the doggie day care at the Bark Park to get him socialized with other dogs. They have separate room for small, medium and large dogs, with live cameras to watch them during the day. Gucci was hesitant and not mixing with the other dogs. I saw via live webstream the attendants pay particular attention to his needs, cuddle him and make him comfortable. You can see that all of the attendants have such care and love for the dogs. Also, they keep the rooms very clean and clean up any "spills" immediately.. I would highly recommend this place for your loved one. read more

I started going here about a month ago and it's been smooth sailing so far. I do the full day daycare a couple of times a week. When I was researching different petsitters the biggest concern I had was taking a leap of faith with whoever I go with. The thought of leaving my little dude with a stranger wasn't easy. The Bark Park helped relieve a lot of anxiety. A few reasons why I go here... - When it's the first time a dog goes there, they ease the dogs in to make the dogs feel comfortable - They're thorough and make sure all the dogs that attend are up to date with the neccesary shots - They let them out and run around the whole day. I've got a 1.5 year old pup and it's hard to burn all of his energy, he always comes home worn out and happy - They have video cameras where you can watch them the whole time. These are great for when it's your first time and are nervous but also for when you want to see your pup in the middle of the work day! - Staff is super friendly - Claunch animal hospital is right there. If anything happens (god forbid) then there's a vet within 100 steps of The Bark Park read more

I will never again bring my dog here! I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but in this case it's unavoidable; pets are like family and I would never want to subject my dog to getting sick. I brought my dog here and within days my dog was violently ill and when I brought her to the vet the cause was fungi! How did this happen? Well when I brought her to this mold infested establishment is where she became ill. The timeline went accordingly with when my dog stayed in this facility, if you value your pet like most of us do, do NOT bring your pet here. read more

Quality groomers. I've brought my dog into The Bark Park several times to be groomed. The staff is warm and friendly; it's obvious that they truly love dogs. My dog appears to enjoy going there, which tells me that they treat him well after I leave. Jessica really knows her stuff and I'm very happy with her work. My dog's coat is left gleaming and evenly trimmed. If it's your first visit, be sure to bring shot records and arrive a wee bit early to fill out some paperwork. read more

I recently relocated from Atlanta where I had utilized the same veterinarian and boarding kennel since 2004. I was worried about finding good quality care for my fur babies, Jake and Jessie. I am worried no more. Today I found The Bark Park for grooming and boarding and couldn't be happier and more at ease having found these guys. I travel frequently and take Jake and Jessie in for a bath and nail trim once a month. From the moment we arrived I observed and felt the staff cares about my dogs. Jake and Jessie were so at ease with the staff and their surroundings. Deena and the entire staff put me at ease from the beginning. One less thing to worry about after the move. THANK YOU BARK PARK! read more

My dog is a little older and slower than he used to be, so I wasn't sure how he would do in a communal setting. I watched on the cameras and during the day there was always someone there to supervise and make sure he was ok. They did an awesome job of separating the dogs into groups based on activity level and my dog ended up with the more laid back group. He was extremely well taken care of and the responsiveness of the crew was great. I will be bringing him back for daycare and won't hesitate to leave him with the bark park the next time I need to leave town. read more

Unfortunately I bought a 5 day package after my dog's first trial run here. I've been trying to use up some of the hours because I hate wasting money but as I type this I realize I would rather lose the rest of my hard earned money than take my dog back here again. I had a bad feeling the first day of using Bark Park. When will I ever learn to trust my gut!? The first half day we were shown a video of our dog "playing" which showed a bunch of dogs surrounding our dog with her tail tucked. The kid taking the video clearly could not discern "play" from distress. I chalked it up to ignorance and stupidly signed up for a 5 day package based on the great Google reviews and the fact they had cameras so they must be good or at least decent, right? Wrong. The first full day I looked on the cameras and a group of about 10 dogs were left alone in a room together. My dog is skittish and had her tail tucked cowering in a corner with no human in sight. Since I work late I went on again around 6 pm. By then my dog was left alone pacing and intermittently going to the door. Not a human in sight for the hour I logged on off and on. I was so upset I almost left work early. If I wanted her alone I wouldn't pay a daycare. When I went to pick her up that same night the girl at the desk asked if she was supposed to get 3/4 a cup of food. I was livid as the dog was a rescue and visibly underweight. The bag I left was written CLEARLY in BLACK MARKER to feed her 2 cups. I didn't say anything because I didn't want the girl to get in trouble for being honest. Thank god she told me or my already starved dog would have gone hungry. When I asked why the instructions on the bag were not followed she said their communication was 3/4 a cup and she had to do what she was told. I am so grateful that girl had the compassion to make sure I knew my dog hadn't been fed. That was the last full day she was there. Since then we've dropped her off here and there to run errands for 1/2 days only. We found a lovely couple on Rover to watch her for full days (for cheaper I might add). I am typing this review from the parking lot on what will be our very last time here despite now losing money. I just came to pick up my dog. They brought me THE WRONG DOG in my dog's collar. I shudder to think someone wouldn't notice they had the wrong dog and end up taking my dog home! Then they tried to charge me $27 stating my package was used up. Now I know that to be untrue because I planned to use up the package and never come here again. I'm glad I was tracking because usually I wouldn't necessarily do so and would be out over $50 extra dollars. So after a long explanation, I can tell you I would rather lose whatever is left on my account than ever use this place again. The kids who work here seem nice. The owner seems nice. But nice does not equate to knowledge, honesty or safety. I feel like an awful dog owner right now trying to save money despite realizing right away this is not a safe place for my beloved rescue dog. Never again. read more

I've been taking my dogs to the Bark Park for approximately 2 years. I've used the daycare and I also use the grooming salon. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. The place is spotless, the dogs are happy, and the staff love dogs. They are always happy to give you a tour if you're curious about the place. I take my dogs for grooming every 2-3 weeks. The place is consistently clean and the staff are consistently wonderful. I highly recommend them. read more
