Busy shop, I was in the chair for a total of twelve minutes. Dragged a clipper across my head, never changed the cut number, didn't taper my sides, clean my neck hair nor asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed. I got a better hair cut that took longer in boot camp. read more

I've always had a bad experience with hair cuts and I heard that The Barbers did a really good job. So I decided to go and the first time I went I asked for a very simple hair cut and told them specifically what I wanted. When they gave me the hair cut they totally ruined it. The barber that cut my hair cut it too short and made it look terrible. I thought maybe I had just one bad experience so I went back yesterday and i had the same thing happen. I asked for a simple hair cut and they ruined my hair and now I have to wear a hat. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been a Marine for 16 years and have traveled the world. Every time I get stationed somewhere new I usually spend about two months looking for a barber. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my barber... they need to do a great razor fade! One important thing you should remember is that not every barber at a shop has the same skill-set. Take the time to check everyone out. Even if it means sitting in the lobby and watching them with other costumers. Take a few minutes to get to know them and find someone you're comfortable with. This place is very comfortable and relaxing. I found Cassandra and Candra here. They both are AMAZING barbers and are easy to work with. And best of all, they know what's up with the razor fade. read more

I have been coming here for years. The service in the beginning was excellent. It was a place where you new the stylists and each time could get a great haircut. Things have changed!! Now you come in and put your name on the list and the wait is way to long. People call ahead and they are called first even when they are not here. Each time someone is ready to cut hair they call the same names. After waiting an hour I left. If you call ahead and they call your name it should be the practice call the name once and then twice. After that you go to the bottom of the list. It's stupid to make people wait when they have money in hand. read more

My son asked for a mullett and came out with his head buzzed which I could have done for free at home. Would have saved me the $20+ bucks and drive from Deer Park to Spokane. Save your money and TIME, go anywhere else. I called 30 min ahead and was confirmed for a 6:15pm apt, I arrived 6:10. At 6:30 I had to ask how much longer the wait would be and was told there was one person ahead of me. I then watched that person get seated, and finished for their haircut while another barber cleaned out the popcorn machine. We walked out after a family came in, and was seated before me at 7:00. I was never given updates on my apt or when I would've been seated. read more

My boys love coming here. They have never had a bad haircut, but the customer service is horrible. It can get pretty busy so I have learned to call ahead and put our name on the list. Today I called was told 25 mins, showed up 20 mins later to find there were 5 people ahead of me. Was told it would be another hour probably. I didn't have time to wait so I said I would come back. Call 2 hours later to check wait time, was told come in your son will be next. In said great I'm 10 mins away. Get here, they have now taken 3 people ahead of me and we still wait. Still waiting. Would be so bad, but there are three girls in the back just gabbing away. Not the first time I have been here and girls are in back talking. They really don't seem to care how low they make you wait. Every single time I leave here, I say its the last. This time it will be. Too bad I have three boys who get haircuts every 6 weeks. Someone will appreciate our business. read more

A few months ago my husband took our 9 yr old for a haircut while I was out of town. His hair was longer and he was ready to go back to a short boys cut. He came out looking more like a bowl cut. Think Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber! My husband didn't think it looked right but he isn't one to speak up as the only "style" he knows how to articulate is a buzz cut. :) I went back in with him 2 days later to see if they could fix it by shaping it a little better. I was OK with paying to fix it and another stylist agreed it wasn't the best cut and asked the manager if she could touch it up at no cost. The manager (a woman with shorter blonde hair) who had already been acting frazzled and complaining about being sick, was clearly irritated and snippy with the stylist for asking. She said (in front of me) that because my husband was "happy" with the first cut, they "can't be giving out free haircuts because two parents disagree". It really wasn't about the money but her behavior right in front of me really turned me off. The stylist was super nice and apologetic and fixed his hair. We paid for another full haircut but that will be the last one. My three boys won't be back. read more
