Rather than just selling us on repairs, Jack gave us his honest advice and suggested that replacing the grill would be a much better investment than trying to restore the old one. We took his recommendation and decided to replace it. Jack is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and honest. If we ever need grill service in the future, Jack is definitely our guy. Thank you, Jack!

The first one was clear cut and with no complications. He checked the error coded stored in the controller to verify the problem, and replaced broken part. The second time, a different person recommended replacing a number of parts (and ultimately saying it wasn't worth fixing because it would cost well over $1000 with labor), without ever checking the error code. I eventually watched some youtube videos, downloaded the service manual, made the diagnosis myself, ordered the part, and installed it. It cost about $55.

They were here for 40 minutes and charged over $700. Labor alone was over $600 per hour, which there is no justification for. When asked about it they pointed out that the charge is per job, not per hour; this is true and they charged exactly what they said committed to. However there was a level of trust given to them that they were charging fairly when I accepted the estimate, which they were not. A handyman could have done the required work. Also, Boris was belligerent when asked about it. Bottom line: they can get the job done but not to be trusted to treat you fairly.
