The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

I was paying attention closely because of how bad the shampoo was going so I know she didn't do conditioner. I asked about conditioner and she argued that she did it but if I wanted it to sit on my head for second she would do it. I assured her that she hadn't done that step but she rudely argued again.. pretty unprofessional and embarrassing to do in front of other stylist and customers.
