After checking out I placed the massive kringle and brownie in the trunk so I could get it home to my family without me nibbling on it the entire 2-hour drive home. Once home, I have never seen my family devour a kringle so fast. From the grandparents to the little kiddos, everyone enjoyed Mike's take on a kringle. I have a mobility challenge (4 extra metal legs, being use of an assistive device). The young lady behind the counter just stared at me, unwilling to assist me with opening the door; she did NOT greet me; she did NOT ask if she could help me with anything; she did NOT even crack a smile. Another lady came from the back & assisted me with my purchase; she assisted me with leaving, opening the door & walking with me, carrying my purchase/bag. Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION! I am an executive healthcare leader. If it were up to me this young lady would be immediately removed from her position!
