If you're going to run a coffee shop, maybe you should learn how to make the drinks and ensure you and your employees are on the same page with how to make the drinks too. I've also heard that a customer refused to pay tax for a small coffee and the owner took what the customer wanted to pay anyways which at that point, you're letting people walk all over you. First time I was in there, I noticed they had a home espresso maker and not a commercial one. That's not smart considering a home espresso machine can only make so many shots in the required timeframe without it breaking down frequently. One time I was there, I ordered iced coffee with a little half and half, and my iced coffee was almost white. It didn't even taste like coffee because there was so much cream. However, it's very nice inside and it's great Youngsville has a coffee shop again, but the owner has a lot to learn if she wants her business to thrive. It doesn't seem like it's off to a good start in all honesty.
