My one complaint is that the warm brownie was only warm and gooey in the middle the rest of it was hard and impossible to eat. Found this place on yelp while looking for desert while at Asbury beach. Was glad that I tried this out. Its basically an ice cream sandwich place. Both the ice cream and the cookie were really tasty. There was a fairly large range of choice for both... I selected white choc macadamia for the cookie, and felt that vanilla would go well with this. You can actually mix up the cookies (different type for top and bottom), and also can elect to have the cookie heated. I felt that the price was quite reasonable at around $7, as there was a fairly generous amount of ice cream, and as mentioned everything was delicious. The location itself was pretty cool. There was some outdoor seating. I parked in an unpaved lot across the street. This is such a cool new little spot in long branch. And it's a big hit too. Who doesn't like an ice cream sandwich!? When you walk in people are warm and welcoming. You get to pick your choice of cookie, and there's quite a few, all fresh baked. You then get to pick your ice cream and toppings for the cookie. I am aware this business just opened up otherwise I would give it two stars for technical error. Went in for a cookie and it was heated up to the point that there was no structure and was insanely messy to eat. The cookie could not be broken it sort of just became mush. I think the worker heated it to the level they would with for an ice cream sandwich, in which the cookie would cool down very quickly and would prob be ok. I think the directions and protocol should be different if someone walks in there wanting a cookie. As a small business owner myself I hope this place gets very busy this summer !
