This is a lovely spot downtown near Bayfront Park. The interior is very clean, modern, and brand new. The staff is friendly and the drinks are fantastic. Tough review to write, as I'd like to think of myself as this place's number one fan. I'll narrow the scope to lunch time staffing issues (which the manager seemed to say they were taking actions to address) that resulted in incredibly long lunch service for half crowded place (second lunch I had like this here, with a friend having to take their order to go due to a time crunch). Multiple tables waited over an hour to get their food, with the one next to me (who ordered two omakases, appetizers and drinks) saying they wouldn't return to this location (despite commenting that the food was good). That's really too bad, because this newish food hall does have some special sauce about it. Luckily, I was working holiday hours today, but if they want to catch downtowns office daytime crowd, they severely need to tighten up turnover speed. It did t help that we got here hungry. What was good this trip: coffee quality, sushi flavor and freshness, plating, upgraded casual ambiance and friendly staff What was a miss: long wait times for food; nice service, but lagged to refill water and update on order; slimmed down menu for Mondays (apparently Cotoa is closed for lunch that day). My tuna sandwich was nice, but by the time it got to me not so warm. I thought I read it came on a multigrain bread but the outcome seemed to be a buttery white bread. The salad was very salty. I wouldn't order it again, probably stick to the sushi or Cotoa's stuff if they were open for lunch. I enjoyed the spicy scallop hand roll a lot. Nothing too special about the fries. Yes, I'd come back and recommend this place to friends solely on the heart and quality of food here (top chefs here and flavors), plating, ambiance, and friendliness of the staff. It really is a gem in Miami. However, probably not for lunch until they can fix their known challenge. read more

I was honestly so confused when I walked in on a Friday night and the place was empty and large. The kitchen looked quiet, and there was just a sushi chef working in the corner. Still, I decided to give the sushi a try and I'm really glad I did. The sushi was excellent. Super fresh, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care. Every bite was spot on. It's a shame there weren't more people there because the quality definitely deserves a crowd. I'll absolutely be coming back and hope others discover this place too. read more

Stopped in here while in the area and am glad we did! It's a beautiful space, tons of seating, stunning decor. We started with a Coco Matcha from Almatcha; it was so refreshing and hydrating 10/10. We ordered food and got the pastrami sandwich and polenta fries! This is definitely a shareable. They were both so rich and felt like a special treat. We got to meet the owner of Almatcha and the chef for the kitchen! Both were very nice and made great recommendations. We sat at the bar on the kitchen side it was so fun. So cute! Lovely restaurant with incredible service and two menus to chose from: Japanese and Ecuadorian. Special shout out to the hostess - she makes you feel so welcome! Tried the food- BLOWN away as expected. The service was somehow even better than last time. Truly one of my new favorite dining experiences in Miami. Came here on our last night in Miami and it didn't disappoint! The service was excellent and the ambience was wonderful. We were intrigued by the menu since this place is a chef's collective. I had the salmon and avocado roll which was very fresh. My partner and his dad both got the tortellini, which was also delicious. We got the oysters, corn bread, and empanadas to share. We did mostly Ecuadorian and it was very tasty. My tortellini (yes I said Ecuadorian) were exquisite ! Our first experience at B100M was wonderful! We had food from two different kitchens (Educadorian and sushi) and both were delicious. We liked every dish and the alcohol selection was great too. Our server David was also lovely and took great care of us. He personally thanked us for coming to the restaurant and was very friendly (and a great photographer). Love this new food hall in downtown Miami. Not only is it a beautiful space with high ceilings and bright decor, the food is delicious! So far we've tried the pastrami and chicken salad (B100M) sandwiches, the empanadas, banana bread, and the tortellini special. The tortellini is some of the best pasta we've had in Miami and easily stands up to anything in downtown or Brickell. Finally, the place has a beautiful bar serving beer and wine with happy hour from 3-7. read more

Went to B100M (Bloom) for lunch to try the ceviches at Cotoa and was not disappointed. Our server Matt was super helpful in helping us navigate the unique concept of B100M - three different restaurants (American, Sushi, and Ecuadorean) under one roof acting as one restaurant. The two ceviches we had were balanced, interesting, and unbelieviably flavorful. Will definitely be coming back for dinner before a Heat game to try more of what they have to offer! read more
