    Pastrami Sandwich

Stopped in here while in the area and am glad we did! It's a beautiful space, tons of seating, stunning decor. We started with a Coco Matcha from Almatcha; it was so refreshing and hydrating 10/10. We ordered food and got the pastrami sandwich and polenta fries! This is definitely a shareable. They were both so rich and felt like a special treat. We got to meet the owner of Almatcha and the chef for the kitchen! Both were very nice and made great recommendations. We sat at the bar on the kitchen side it was so fun. It's an open kitchen concept so you can see the food made right in front of you. A must visit

So cute! Lovely restaurant with incredible service and two menus to chose from: Japanese and Ecuadorian. Special shout out to the hostess - she makes you feel so welcome! The sushi quality was excellent, but have to mention it wasn't much value. Drinks are fairly priced - same as everywhere in Miami. I'd come back for a drink and light bite.

Omakase- 6 piece chefs choice. Perfect pricing. Incredibly fresh and beautifully crafted.

Tried the food- BLOWN away as expected. The service was somehow even better than last time. Truly one of my new favorite dining experiences in Miami. The quality of the sushi is not to be messed with, the Cuban was devoured and WOWO the squash carpaccio STOLE THE SHOW. Literally have dreamed of it every day since I've had it. B1OOM has the best version of the squash carpaccio dish in Miami (better than the Michelin starred L'Atelier in my opinion).....

Wow, loved this restaurant.. The pan de yuca bread and the passion fruit ceviche with lobster were absolutely amazing!

The sushi was very fresh. It melts in your mouth. The service was excellent. Sat at the sushi bar and Kenji, sushi chef, was very friendly.

The food was very good. We decided on the tasting menu from the Salvadorian place. The staff is very attentive to all details. Loved the decor. I would go back to taste other food options as they have 3 kitchens featuring a variate of food options.

Came here on our last night in Miami and it didn't disappoint! The service was excellent and the ambience was wonderful. We were intrigued by the menu since this place is a chef's collective. I had the salmon and avocado roll which was very fresh. My partner and his dad both got the tortellini, which was also delicious. We got the oysters, corn bread, and empanadas to share. The empanadas were my favorite! Lots of flavor in all dishes. If we happen to be in Miami again, we would absolutely come back!

Nice location, drinks were delicious. Like the idea of offering three different menus with three different cuisines.

Just ate at this new restaurant (should not be called a food court - even if it is 3 different kitchens but one menu). Beautiful ambiance welcomes you. Our waitress was really nice and personable. We did mostly Ecuadorian and it was very tasty. My tortellini (yes I said Ecuadorian) were exquisite ! Great tostones - we tried the ceviche and while it was a small portion it was very good - we also tried Ecuadorian pizza, very rich ! Ecuadorian chocolate cake was extremely satisfying.

I recently came to B100m to visit Sushi Yasu Tanaka, and it is absolutely stunning, from the service to the atmosphere, this place is a 10/10. I cannot wait to revisit and try out the rest of the restaurants and bar area as well! Don't go without trying the Sushi, it's an absolute delicacy!

The third floor was closed, many vendors weren't operating, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. On the second floor, there were transparent glass floor panels, some of which appeared damaged and taped over with duct tape, creating a serious safety hazard for anyone walking through the area. The food safety issues were even more alarming: At the Italian spot, a worker had a baby in a stroller next to the cooking area, and food was being prepared in what appeared to be unsanitary conditions. The pasta and sauce tasted off -- my kids wouldn't eat it. At the chicken vendor, the chicken tenders were undercooked. Later that night, we experienced severe food poisoning symptoms (vomiting and diarrhea). At the taco stand, the employee handled raw chicken and then, without changing gloves, touched cooked food, tortillas, and condiments. That's blatant cross-contamination. I threw the food away immediately. This is not just a bad experience -- it's a serious health hazard. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities. I would not recommend eating here until major improvements are made.

This was on a Monday morning and did not see much of a crowd but I am sure it gets busy on the weekends and on peak hours. The place looks clean and modern inside. There is a cylinder shape wine cellar that is actually the main focal point. Hard to miss. Really liked the glass floors and glass stairs on the second level but can the ladies walk over it without the people downstairs staring up? This looks like a great place for groups getting together for lunch or dinner and want to try the different food options.

I started with the Passionfruit Bellini, but it was a little too sweet for my taste. For the next round, I switched to an Aperol Spritz, which was light and refreshing. Our bartender was friendly and fun. He chatted with us between helping other customers, which made the experience feel personal and memorable. Service: 5/5 Even though Smorgasburg can get busy, the service here was fast and smooth. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, and our food came out quickly. Super convenient! Ambience: There were plenty of small tables to sit at, which helped us enjoy our food comfortably. My only minor issue was with the umbrella setup--we couldn't quite adjust them to block the sun later in the afternoon, and the glare got a little intense.
