We recently used Awnings NH and I cannot be more pleased. Everyone was wonderful to work with. It was a totally hassle-free and easy experience. They had our awning installed in less than 2 wks and we love it. So happy we decided to work with them!

After my initial call and email I was handed off to his site coordinator for install and fabric selection (Andre). He came over, seemed to be very nice at first, and did all the selections needed, 3 weeks later, (as promised) the install happened. It was October/November timeframe when installed, too late in the year to offer any real review on the actual awnings and their operation, I will know more about that in the spring. I can say the installation was very poor, I had two awnings installed to cover my deck, installed uneven and the power cord on one was stapled to the side of my house like a 10 year old did it, VERY disappointed! Texting Andre and getting nowhere fast, ( he didn't seem to really care), I emailed Rod again and he said it was all fixable, that was 2 months ago with no email or call since so I have to assume nobody is coming back, spending 10K+ for these awnings with install was a very bad experience! I was also told at the beginning I would get access to an APP to control my awnings, I wasn't shown any of that and I believe I paid extra for that feature, I still have no idea what to do to make that happen, I FEEL as though once the check was cashed they had very little interest in working with me any longer. Too bad I have heard good things about them and that's why I went to them, maybe I am the oddball customer experience but needed to vent on a review so this will hopefully help someone down the road to watch out for certain things. I pray no more issues in the spring, bad enough I have to re-wire it so I doesn't look so bad when spring comes.

This was my first time having to replace windows and a door. The journey was most certainly an…read moreeducation. I live in a historical neighborhood on top of it all, so I needed help navigating a historical application review and qualifications for making historically appropriate updates to my home, and permitting. I sourced 8 companies for this project and while 5 of them were competitive on pricing, I chose Rite Window specifically because of Jay. The product options were explained to me, including custom option opportunities, in detail that I could understand. I felt Jay help educate me just enough to help me feel informed enough to make decisions on a financially expensive project. Every question I had was happily received and quickly addressed. Jay was even willing to go the extra mile and send me a sample product, as well as help me present to the historical society, so they would approve my project, when the odds were not in my favor. I sourced Rite Window because they had good reviews, like some of the other Boston area competitors. I narrowed my search based on their pricing and product quality, but I chosen them because of Jay's attention to detail, consistent communication and professionalism. Jay is truly proud of the organization he works with, and I hope they know just how valuable he is. Thank you Jay, and thank you Rite Window. I will be sending neighbor referrals your way, and you have my business for life.

Their plumber, who we hired and who was a nice guy, said the fixture might be too big for the new shower. They took the fixture down and put in an ugly fixture and left two holes in the wall. I was told they'd have the town sign off and then put in a nicer fixture. I was dealing with them while dealing with a family illness. I contacted them in December 2025. The project was completed in January, 2025. I made the mistake of signing off on the project when I was told the final step would happen in a few weeks. It's now August 2026. In spite of some phone calls and emails from me, and assurances they'd come back and take care of it--it still remains undone. I have been paying regularly. I DO NOT recommend them. Learn from my mistake and don't sign off and start paying until they totally finish it. I'm still hoping they will come back and take care of this. Rite window has changed it's name--it's now part of the Reunity Group. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
