This is one of my favourite Wetherspoons Pub and it sits in the centre of Aldridge.
Most Wetherspoons that I have been to tend to be dark and old but this branch is quite light and airy.
Its not as big as most others in the chain but it does what it says on the tin.
As you walk in there are about 4 booths on the left then the tables are spread amongst the central eating area with the bar along the right. Towards the back you will see there is a nice patio area that over looks the Morrisons car park if you choose to dine outside.
The menu is in keeping with all Wetherspoons - how can you grumble at the price.
The ceiling is tall high and as I sit and enjoy your meal and drink I tend to wonder.. exactly what the building was like in its previous lives.. cinema... bingo hall.
Up stairs to the loo your talking art deco.. will try to remember to take some pictures next time. read more
