The meal arrived and the chicken was the smallest half chicken I have ever seen. When I began to eat the meal the chicken was very dry, the potatoes were soggy and the parsnips burnt. When the meal arrived I asked for cranberry sauce. The waitress said "we don't have any cranberry sauce, I have never been asked for cranberry sauce before! Whenever I eat out it is normal procedure for a member of staff to come and ask if the meal is "OK" but no-one even bothered to do this. Very poor meal, very poor service and very poor management.
