You can buy one for an additional price, but that is pretty silly when you have got to have one. - Not all fresh. Perhaps because they have been sitting while the store was closed during the pandemic? - Nothing to cleanse the palate between samplings - a little piece of bread or sip of water is pretty necessary to clear the palate. I had to have a few bottles for gifts so bought 1 traditional "aged" balsamic, and one single varietal oil - we'll see how they hold up when used!
