After looking around upstairs, I came down and started perusing the shelves but as soon as I looked up from what I was doing and a staff member saw me she said " your husband is in the restroom". I don't know if that comes off as weird in writing as it felt in person. I didn't ask where my husband was and I wasn't looking for him. I don't know if it was because he was the only non-white person I saw while we were there, but it didn't give the feeling that they were trying to be helpful. The shop is somewhat visually appealing but overpriced overall and definitely lacking the warmth that would make it a place I would ever return to.

Completely fluid. - Pricing is very high, and a pour spout is not included with the bottle, which would make it impossible to trickle, just to pour. You can buy one for an additional price, but that is pretty silly when you have got to have one. - Not all fresh. Perhaps because they have been sitting while the store was closed during the pandemic? - Nothing to cleanse the palate between samplings - a little piece of bread or sip of water is pretty necessary to clear the palate. I had to have a few bottles for gifts so bought 1 traditional "aged" balsamic, and one single varietal oil - we'll see how they hold up when used!

The Pickled in the Park event has definitely been the star of this event so far with tons of different restaurants, breweries, distilleries and more offering endless tastes and sips of their goods. Certainly a crowd here. Could've also been the event we went to which was a cultural performance. Ultimately, I appreciate that we have cultural performances in our city and a space for them. Parking was a little annoying just because it was Saturday downtown but I do like the space is central. Lots of places to eat at around. Finding it was incredibly easy as well. Inside, there was quite a bottleneck as we arrived about 20 minutes before the show. We did have to wait in line. It was a little bit confusing to figure out exactly where to go but some staff helped. They had wine for sale- house and pricier stuff. The house was around nine dollars a glass. I really appreciate that the staff helped us shoes and gave their opinion. The staff working the wine area was incredibly kind. The stage itself was gorgeous. It was very easy to see in here, no matter where you were.
